I wanted a draft beer but the draft people who service Good Luck Pizza left them dry for multiple days. But I was given a nice ice cold bottle of Corona. I talked to the bartender and even batted what little of eye lashes to the server who was winking at me. My beer was just what I wanted after a five hour flight. The team were nice and I don't know what's on the menu but maybe when I'm back in PHL, I will check to see if the draft options are available and munch on some appetizers. read more

As far as airport food goes, this place is fantastic! I got the Greek salad with grilled chicken, dressing on the side, and it was perfect. The chicken was actually juicy and flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, and the feta cheese was amazing. Service here was pretty fast too! I would definitely eat here again. read more

This place is in Terminal E at Philadelphia airport. If I were to review service alone then 5 stars. Very friendly and on top of service without being intrusive. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and a Greek salad. The salad came out first but no big deal. It was seriously overdressed. The amount of onions was ridiculous. The lettuce and veggies were fresh but the dressing was overpowering. The feta was absolutely delicious. The mozzarella appetizer was decent. It came with a lot of pieces. The dipping sauce had absolutely no flavor and wasn't enough to last the entire dish. They sprinkled Parmesan and fresh basil so that helped a little bit. One of the best restaurants in PHL. While they say Pizza in this title, it's a gem of an Italian place. This was our second visit across 2 years. Even with only 1 front of house server when we arrived, they took care of every one in a good way and still managed to clear tables and seat new parties. My partner had the GF/V Greek Salad with "feta" and cleaned her plate. I had the super comforting spaghetti and meat balls with a side of garlic bread. So comforting and yummy! Prior to boarding our departing flight at PHL, we stopped by Good Luck Pizza at the verrry, verrrry end of Terminal E by Gate E12 to grab a Cheese Supreme Pizza to go. Unbeknownst to me, they apparently used to have a dine in location in Philly, but it had since closed down. With this being considered "airport food" I didn't have much expectations, but the pie was reaaaaallly, realllllly good. In fact, it might have been one of the best bar pies I've ever had! The pizza was piping hot, cheesy, not floppy and delicious - all the ingredients of a good, solid pizza pie. The service was not good. It took a long time time to get acknowledged. When we got the food, I had French Toast. A section of it was raw. I didn't notice until it was too late -- I ended up getting h pretty sick: Checkout was inconvenient but she got busy. I had to go behind the counter to pay. It is what it is. read more

Located in Terminal E at the end. Decent size bar and service. Depending on the time you go could be noisy, but it was relatively quiet for us on a mid-morning flight. Very convenient for gate E14-20. Ordered an espresso martini, hot grandma pizza and the roast pork sandwich. The pizza was delicious, great cheese pull and thinner crust which I love. The roast pork sandwich was very tasty and great portion size. The espresso martini was sufficient. Great they used la colombe in the mix. Overall, a pretty good preflight meal in Terminal E. I went to this spot this evening before my flight. I sat at the bar as it wasn't crowded and the bartender appeared to be the only one taking orders. Perhaps it was an off night, but I had really bad service and it seemed as though the bartender was perhaps impaired by alcohol, medications, or substances. He made some uncomfortable and inappropriate comments, and was bumping into things behind the bar when he was walking around. He seemed to completely forgot about my food order along with someone else's. My food was cold when he brought it out. He attempted to collect payment twice after I had already paid. I am going to go out on a limb and say that Good Luck Pizza might just be the best airport food option, if you want to sit down and eat something that isn't fast food. The ambiance is very cool, if it weren't at the airport it would fit right in with Safran Turney's other Philly restaurants. A friend and I got through security only to learn our flight had been delayed (again) so we had too much time on our hands. We decided to sit down and have dinner at Good Luck Pizza, after surveying all of the other options. It is smaller, so while we were seated immediately, others that got in lin after us did have to wait a bit. The service was on the slower side, which is not the best if you are on a time crunch. However, we were not. We enjoyed our pizza and an order of fries paired with a decent bottle of red wine. I would definitely stop by again, and possibly even venture over from another terminal for this spot! read more

The arancini was amazing--perfectly fried and filled with savory mushroom risotto. The pizza was also delicious (candidly, it was so rich and garlicky we couldn't finish the entire thing). Overall very satisfied with this meal, especially considering it wasn't too overpriced for quality of the food and being in an airport (total was $36, which is steep for pizza but honestly fast food is not that much cheaper these days). Really great, quick, & attentive service for being in the airport, that's rare to find. I planned on only getting a drink (great Moscow mules), but comedian Kyle Kinane had a joke about how the true (un) official sandwich of Philly was the roasted pork broccoli rabe, sounded... gross... but I'll try anything. 1st off this is location at the Philadelphia Airport but I could not add it. Cool spot near SWA gates in terminal E. Much better than I expected, salad was excellent! Shrimp dish was on point! Maybe they could have added a few more shrimp but nevertheless still very good. The drinks were excellent the watermelon mint margarita is EVERYTHING! Fresh ingredients! They have a full bar and a very cool Playlist for music. My only dislike was a few gnats I had to swat at during my entire meal. Had a remarkably tasty chicken parm meal here. The chicken piece was HUGE. Good service. Not too bar-like tho they had a bar.... I appreciated it was very open to the people passing by with plenty of regular tables-- I hate it when the only options at airports are crowded sports bars or like McDonald's. Stopped by for drinks before our flight and was greeted by a friendly hostess. We ordered a couple of cocktails. My husband's cocktail tasted fine, but I was disgusted with my Sour Grandmother cocktail. Not only was it not sour at all, it was overly sweet, and the egg white was still runny! I wanted to spit out what was in my mouth, but there were no napkins near me. Normally, I would have sucked it up and drank the cocktail even if it was not tasty, but this cocktail was not drinkable. I let our server know, and she offered to have the bartender make me a new one. I decided to play it safe this time and go with a glass of wine instead. Our server also made sure to remove the Sour Grandmother cocktail from our bill. I will say service was pretty good compared to the typical airport service you get. We didn't have anything to eat but got a look at the food options on the menu. The restaurant offers pizzas, pastas, and desserts. Came in 5/24/25 around 5:45pm. I am waiting at the host stand with one older couple, as there is a big sign that says "Wait to be seated." We (the older couple) are waiting, and waiting, and waiting with no one in sight. The wife tells the husband "let's go" somewhere else and they leave me standing there at the host stand by myself now, waiting. I see a bartender sitting down on his phone. Finally, i make eye contact discretely...nothing. Then a couple minutes later he stands up and yells something from across the restaurant - mind you there are three rows of tables between us. I can't hear him, but i can guess what he's saying, so I yell back "I'm waiting to be seated" - he yells something back, then i hear him yell "Are you waiting for something [or someone]"? To which i now come into the restaurant and say "Ya, i'm waiting to be seated!" He says angrily "I told you to take a seat!" to which i said "I couldnt hear you and there's a sign that says wait to be seated!" and pointed to the sign. He repeats himself with attitude "That's why i told you to take a seat!" Anyway, I proceed to take a seat, visibly annoyed no doubt, when this guy starts to berate ME for having an attitude and telling me he doesnt need all that and I dont need to be coming in here like [imitating me] "YA, I'M WAITING TO BE SEATED!" I left in disgust thoroughly confused and agitated, like look dude i just came in here to order a sandwich. Ok I signed up for a $17 glass of wine. I agree my server was great. They add 3% fee wage and benefit. Thats ridiculous

So so rude. The only reason I can think of is I didn't get alcoholic drinks. No offer to refill my coke and did not bring water. They came over every 20-30 seconds to ask me to order, and then every 20-30 seconds if I was done and wanted to pay. My wife and I ordered "The Big Balboa" breakfast which consisted of two eggs made your way, both bacon and sausage, hash browns and toast. It was delicious and a pleasant surprise especially in an airport. I highly recommend them. read more
