Terrible. Whatever you do don't bring your car here. If it is a very simple job they might be able to handle it. I have a little bit of an older car and when I picked it up the whole electric system was off and had to be reprogrammed. This I found out after I had driven away. I had to bring it back and spend money on Uber's go back and forth. Not only that they did not reinstall panels and foot guards. Just left them on the floor of the car. And to top it off the casing for rear light they had broken. After being jerked around by the Toyota dealership I decided to come here to get my key fob fixed. Good Guys fixed all the issues in under 5 minutes for a quarter of the price that Toyota of Manhattan wanted and NO WAIT. Please do yourself a favor and never go to the dealership (I've had to learn this lesson) and go straight to a local mechanic/electrician. These guys do honest work for honest prices and quickly. I went here because my mechanic said that my car alarm was draining my battery and needed to be replaced. I requested a quote online from a few car alarm places I found on Yelp with good reviews, and Luis had the best quote so I went to see him. Instead of charging me more money to replace my car alarm, he told me that he didn't think the alarm was draining the battery, that the problem was with the battery itself. I went to Good Guys this morning because one of my HID headlights was not working. They took me right in without an appointment, and immediately began working on the HID ballast to see what the issue was. They then installed a new ballast and had the headlight working again in less than 20 minutes! They also helped me put on a new hood emblem that I had bought, at no extra charge! Great Shop. I was having problems with my stereo speakers cutting out. I stopped by without an appointment. I was taken care of by Luis. He worked on the problem and charged a very reasonable fee. Shortly after I left, the problem came back. I came back to the shop, and Luis spent almost an hour dismantling my door and dash until the problem was fixed. Their name says it all. I came in the shop today. My left blinker in my ML350 stopped working. Another shop wanted 100 just to hook it up to a machine and then charge me to fix it.
