Charged me 400 (!!!) for a new reservoir. A few days later it was still leaking at the same rate with no traces. Took it to another shop. Bad water pump and a cracked head gasket between cylinder 1 & 2. Repaired, now the car is running perfectly and holding its coolant. The head gasket was a big bill, but it was necessary. The reservoir these guys bilked me for was rip off. They lie and overcharge. Never going back.

When a can…read moreof Fix-a-Flat failed to inflate my tire, I inquired at this nearby auto shop as to whether they might be able to assist. They let me borrow a tank of air, under the stern condition that I bring it right back. After filling up my tire, I brought the car to them and returned the air tank. A mechanic jacked up my car and removed the tire, identifying a puncturing screw as the culprit. After yanking out the foreign object he quickly patched the tire, then charged me a very reasonable amount of money for the work. It's hard to imagine a better outcome. I appreciate the empathy they showed for my plight and the trust they extended to me. Way cheaper than buying a new tire, and the speed of service was terrific.

I was introduced to Mohamed when they still used the space next door, many years ago. My car's…read morewarrenty had ended, I was super young and my landlord (who at that time was not the red hat lunatic of today), brought me to the car oil/maintenance place that was known to not screw over customers. That first oil change turned into the life of my car. Unlike other places that would have kept taking my money towards a car that, frankly I had an unhealthy attachment towards but knew was a lemon and needed to be rebuilt completely, I was told that money would be refused and it was really time. Mohamed was correct, of course. Even sneaking off to the dealership did nothing and just hastened the death of my old friend. Now, my anecdote is written to illustrate that the people here keep loyal customers. Through the years, I would see license plates from much farther than the tristate area getting serviced, to find out that they were people that used to live in the area making time during a visit. The prices are fair to low, with the caveat that I am not taking into account steel and import tariffs (currently July 2025). You have a choice of market,OEM or after-market parts....usually. They also will go through the process of showing you exactly what is wrong, what it takes to fix it, how long you have, etc. So, unless you come in with a car that has had a CAT surgically removed (this happened to me), sometimes there is no "emergency" and buys you time to save up money. As a plus for those who know nothing about how cars work, you WILL LEARN EVEN IF YOU DID NOT WANT TO BECAUSE THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING BEFORE STARTING A JOB. As additionals -- For soccer/futbol fans, Mo was a professional player for France years ago! If you look super hungry and they are still friendly with the bakery, you might get a box of free pita.
