I contacted Good Garage to have them install 3 Racks in my single car garage and they did a great job! I then Filled up the racks. So I had them come back a couple of weeks later to install 4 overhead racks in my two-car garage. The racks make my garage look so modern and clean. As soon as I as I finish with filling up the racks, I may have them back for more racks so I can finally park my cars in my clean Garage. Had an appointment set for Saturday July 29th, got a text message around 630am the day of, canceling my appointment for 8am that same day (tech called out sick), I was bummed. Owner called me later that day to apologize and reschedule for the following Tuesday morning. When they showed up Tuesday at 8am, they explained to me they had only set up time for about 2-3 racks, I wanted about 6. They said they might have to come back another day if they couldn't finish by 11am. I was pretty upset about this after already having to reschedule once. The tech called the owner and the owner then called me immediately. We discussed and he said he would push up the next appointment so they could finish the job with me same day. Gereld was awesome! He helped me design the garage rack placement given several factors; cars, storage bins etc. He recommended hooks and straps as well which I gladly bought. The straps will secure my storage bins in case of an eathquake etc.. In all I got a 3x6, 8x3 and a 4x3 rack all nicely built in sequence. The racks are white, to match my garage. Work was completed under 2 hours. They manufacture they own material and move around with a truck load of different rack sizes so they can design and built on the spot. I really liked that part.
