First thing's first, pricing is very fair and while there was a price increase over the 2 years that had passed, the increases were not outrageous at all. The installer did pull ups on it, as did I, to show the strength of the shelves. This time, I was planning on going heavy duty, but the guy recommended standard duty. My garage was packed with supply boxes, and I told him I'd only get the lifts installed if they could help move and organize everything. They said YES, and I ended up with 4 Onrax lifts installed, plus 4 wireless remotes that make raising and lowering the racks super fast. Needed some storage solutions for my garage, and a good friend of mine recommended Good Garage due to their great prices and excellent service. I was very surprised at how quickly they were able to accommodate my request (same day). NOTE: I got lucky in that their technician had an opening that same day. My technician Caden arrived a little later than we originally scheduled, but he did an excellent job communicating with me - he was busy with other installation jobs, so not a big deal at all. When he did arrive, he was able to quickly assess the garage space we had to work with and he gave me his recommendation (based on my input as well). Within two hours, he was able to install everything we agreed on, and it turned out way better than I was expecting. Very sturdy and thoughtfully spaced to allow my side cabinets to open properly. As far as the pricing, it was very competitive and reasonable. For each rack fully installed, I paid the same price that Costco wanted just for the parts alone. The similar Costco solutions also had a lower weight capacity (600lbs) than the ones I purchased from Good Garage (1000lbs) - again, for about the same price!
