    Overhead shelf storage - 18" deep, 2 shelves 8' wide.

    This time around they were slow to respond to messages. But we were returning customers because we've been so happy with our original installation. I wish there could have been a bit more conversation about how one of my shelves was placed this time - it really bugs me aesthetically, but I can imagine there was a practical necessity to the choice- just would have helped my satisfaction if there had been clearer communication about it. Ultimately I feel good about the end product and the improved organization in my garage!

    I recently purchased three 1000 lb storage racks from Good Garage, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the start, Jesse was outstanding. He came to our home, took the time to understand our space and needs, and offered creative, practical suggestions for both the initial setup and future expansion. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to walk my wife and me through different layout options--no pressure, just genuine help. Pricing was completely transparent--everything is clearly listed on their website with no hidden fees or surprises, which I really appreciated. The racks themselves are rock-solid. Heavy-duty construction, zero wobble, and a noticeable step up in quality from the flimsier big-box store options I've seen. Installation was smooth, and now that everything's up, our garage looks organized and spacious for the first time in years. Highly recommend Good Garage (and Jesse especially) to anyone looking for high-quality overhead storage and honest, helpful service. Already planning the next phase!

    Overhead storage in garage was installed by Devin and another installer in training. They did a great job! They were on time, professional, polite, courteous, helpful and patient. Ashley was our 3rd stop for shopping and I was able to find something that I liked. This is not a recliner but rather an oversized comfortable as hell chair complete with a pillow. Our experience at Ashley's was complemented by sales professional extraordinaire Tim Doan. Tim was not only helpful but he also fought to get us $100 off the already discounted chair and free delivery. We received the chair today and it has proven thus far to be a good investment. Ashley seems to get some brutal reviews but our experience was nothing less than 5 stars. Also, our delivery people were very kind and helpful.

His manner of communication in regards to sales promotions and the use of a gift card was so abrasive and he would not even offer an alternative or the option for discussion. I feel sorry for the staff that work for Ashley. We haven't received our furniture yet but based on our in store experience I highly doubt we will be back to shop at this location or any other Ashley furniture store. Pay a little extra and support local or Pottery Barn or IKEA.

The last time I was here , I had ordered a umbrella online and the order was canceled due to the item being out of stock but I never received a notice telling me, but I never got one saying it was ready. I decided to call the store to see how it was doing , and the store manager Victor informed me it was canceled . I told him I hadn't received the cancellation notice . He then kindly looked to see if they had any and stock and he said someone had returned one , if i wanted to come get it. He went out of his way to do that for me and search for one . I got to the store and I wanted to make sure that it wasn't returned for a specific reason , he offered to open it and that we could check together. Truth be told I'm blinder than a bat so I saw nothing with it . Then he said " wait it's ripped " and it totally was . I thank him for his honesty , and again he went out of his way to search for me if they had it at another location, they did but unfortunately really far away. Today I visited the store again and again the vibes are always so right in there with the employees !!! But I called before going again because it was the same item and I wanted to make sure it didn't cancel . This time Nick answered and was the nicest person ever and super informative ! I'm astonished they have such a variety of foodstuffs from around the world. It was fun to pore over all the displays. They have a nice display of furniture but very pricey. It was fun shopping here except I found on my receipt I was charged for an extra item and was not given the 55% off sale on a Cadbury product, which was clearly marked. I highly recommend you spot check your receipt carefully before leaving the store. I'm toying with the idea of returning to bring this up to them. What an inconvenience!

I have always found the staff, friendly and helpful. A year ago, I decided to move to Palm Desert and and continued my Residential Interior Design here. I've been to the store a few times. I am not sure what is happening at this location, "Palm Desert CA " , but the staff looks extremely unhappy. specifically one gentleman who calls himself the store manager but he is not. I have seen him picking fights with different clients almost every time I go there. I have tried to strike a friendly note with him, trying to calm him down. At one occasion, out loud, he was telling a client that his job is what people say to "choose wisely" at the beginning of ones career. Once he was staring down at a client to a point where the lady said " Are you staring me down? may I talk to your manager?" and with a great attitude, he responded, "you are talking to him." Long story short, last time I was there I was doing heavy shopping for a 85 year-old woman. Nothing big knickknacks and kitchen items and Home Staples. I was doing a small project for her here at the desert. she has various ailments and I had to be careful choosing the right products for her, which is light enough and easy to operate. Thus it took me over two hours in the store to do selection of various items.. I think that had raised a red flag with the staff. I was treated so poorly there. I had over five workers approaching me and asking " can we help you with something? it seems you've been here for a long time . Every time I would respond, yes I am buying for a client. I need to make the right the selections. it takes time . I do understand store security is important and shrinkage is a problem, but not everybody is a thief . I do believe of myself dressing up nicely and present presenting not like a bum . At the end, yes, the same gentleman approached me aggressively with the same question. I broke out in anger, saying "is there a problem sir? " I'm spending over $800 worth of products here. Nevertheless, I was followed by him until I went to the checkpoint and paid for the products and left the building. Funny enough, he knows me from previous purchases from him, which always has been over five to $600. I tried to make a complaint to their head offices. I got a email saying that my concern has been sent to the store manager Sylvia "something" and she will get back with me ASAP. This was a month ago and no one did. again it's a pity. I love the store and most probably I will be shopping at their other locations, but this one definitely has some major staff issues . I will not be returning there. Who would like to be treated like that?......
