I've never, ever, seen a group of folks pay such attention to detail when it comes to this work. Let me give you some examples. You know that dust that gets stuck in the bottom of your LCD display on your phone, way down there in the crack? I never see that. Does your phone have a soft scent of fresh flowers? Mine does. Can you wipe your finger on the top of your whiteboard, that part waaay up there, and see no residue on your finger? I can. After someone cleans your desk, is it both spotless and have nothing out of place? Mine does. Let me cut to the chase. If you need a cleaning team that treats your house/office like you had all day to clean it yourself, do yourself a favor and hire this crew. Small business, a ridiculous focus on customer satisfaction, and fantastic punctuality. I recommend them without question.

Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works. I have hired Good Earth Cleaning to do a major "spring" cleaning of my 2-level house that gets quite messy (we have a busy household, with 2 very active children and overworked adults). The difference between "before" and "after" the cleaning was absolutely amazing! Even my 9-year-old daughter who normaly does not give any credit to such "unimportant" matters as clean windows, shiny microwave and spotless bathroom cabinet surfaces commented that everything looked orderly. Obviously, the staff paid extra attention to details, put the efforts into removing old stains and tough spots, cleaned everything very thoroughly, and even placed all items and kid's toys accurately. WOW! We hired Good Earth Cleaning to do our move-out clean and we were so impressed by how clean and sparkling the condo looked after they finished. Ana and Sarina paid attention to details and were very polite. It was a very pleasant experience... unlike many in the past with other cleaners. We were also very happy that Sean, the owner took the time to respond to all our concerns and questions on how to pre-clean the oven, cabinets and areas. I've been a customer of Good Earth Cleaning for several months, for my condo in Arlington, and have been very happy with its cleaning services. The cleaning staff has always appeared on the designated day and has always done a great job. As with any cleaning service, I've had to request that some things be cleaned slightly differently, or that certain parts of my place be given more attention, but those requests have always been addressed and I've never had to ask twice. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels.
