Inside we got fresh bottles of water and mints. It was nice after a long flight. Aram was the best. He was very nice and knowledgable. Every question was answered with extra information to make sure we were informed about all the touresty things we were interested in,. He drove us directly to our hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn in Marina del Rey. The great service didn't stop when we were dropped off. Aram brought our luggage into the hotel where we were greeted by two lovely agents, Drew and Kenny. They were great as well. We liked the service so much that we had him take us back to the airport at the end of our stay.

The wife isn't much better either. It's just the two of them running this little shitty shop they call a tour agency. They think that they can take advantage of elderly people and get away with it. My grandparents went on a trip with them and it was a nightmare!!! All the tours were not organized, the itineraries weren't followed, questions weren't being answered, they gave false and misleading information to various people in their group. The tours were supposed to start in the morning and instead all started in the afternoon killing half a day abroad. It's not fun to sit in your hotel and wait on disorganized morons when you flew halfway around the world. The group of tourists that came with them was quite big and everyone left with a horrible sour taste in their mouths. People were being treated with zero respect by these "tour agency owners". They put people down, told them to shut up, and embarrassed them in front of others in the group. To make matters worse, they knew that some folks had difficulties walking and asked for a wheelchair to be provided to which the wife "owner" of the agency told her to stop pretending that your handicap! Are you freaking kidding me? This is America!!! You morons cannot treat people like you're in the Soviet Union. Sad part is that they will never change, they aren't very young themselves and need to retire and shut down this shitty so called agency before they get sued. There are a lot of unhappy customers and I'm sure if they all got together legal action against them will be taken. Save yourself by avoiding these people and spread the word! Unethical people should not get away with treating others like shit and taking advantage of poor elderly people.

It has the largest deck directly on Ocean Front Walk including a gas grill, a hot tub, several pieces of outdoor furniture, and an umbrella. The main studio style room has the queen bed facing the all glass front to the deck. There's a small couch, table, and TV. Up a few stairs is the small tower room with a double bed facing a bay set of windows with a bench. There is a small kitchenette with all the basics. We spent 6 weeks here and the bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and watching and listening to the ocean every day cannot be beat. I've seen some of the other reviews and I chalk those up to unrealistic expectations. This is not a fancy or large place, the building is old, and it is about 4 doors from Washington St so Friday and Saturday nights can be loud. So what. It's an absolutely gorgeous setting.

I went back to inquire about a good seafood restaurant for lunch within walking distance, and again Cooper was so helpful. He got on his computer and looked up a few places for us. He directed us to one that was just across the street from the visitor center called Water Grill, a bit pricy but good. He really didn't have to go over and beyond like that. There were not even many hotel rooms left when I searched up online. Jin is very patient and tries to help us as best as she can. We finally picked Secrets Maroma Beach resort out of 10 different rersorts that she carefully recommended. When we arrived at the resort, it was way better than the pictures and so beautiful. But we ended up with disappointed view which was the most important to me. I called Jin at midnight in LA time and complained about that. She immediately called the hotel and gave us free upgrade to ocean view room. What we booked was partial ocean view room that is $150 cheaper than ocean view room per night. What a grateful service it is! All the staff there treated us as vips during our stay, we had the best vacation ever. I really appreciate Jin and highly recommend vactionclub4u to people who just look for air and hotel packages to Mexico and Hawaii. I have been using many other travel agencies in Korea town but they mostly pissed me off but this company is very honest and sincere. We will definitely use vacationclub4u again soon.
