They also have an impressive selection of new BMW models. I wasn't really into BMW before, but after renting here, I'm even considering buying one. Unlike Enterprise, which often gives you a car with less than half a tank of gas (wasting time filling up both during and at the end of the rental), this location has both times provided cars ready to go with a full tank. The only minor downside is that their cars tend to have a very strong perfume or deodorant smell, which might not be everyone's preference. Overall, highly recommended!

I was offered a different vehicle but told I'd have to pay an extra $20+ per day because it was an "upgrade," even though Sixt could not honor the original reservation. When I calmly explained that I should not be charged more for Sixt's error and said I would take the car and contact customer service afterward, the employee refused to help me, said the location was closed, and told me to leave--at approximately 4:04pm. I was left without a car during rush hour and was late picking up my two kids from school. I was never rude or disrespectful at any point. Shocking lack of customer service.
