She likes to take 2 months rent deposits up front so she can SCAM all these stupid charges and when she appears in small claims court she embarrasses herself in front of the judge showing 'quotes' for new blinds and not the actual 'receipts' then she storms out embarrassed when she's made to pay the remaining deposits and the court fees alongside. Renters beware of this individual and her unethical business practices.
