The service is atrocious. They put our car in a spot near a drain that does not probably pump water out, upon asking if we could move our cars to another spot that was empty so our cars wouldn't get flooded they failed to return our calls. When we notified them of the issues upon arrival and walkthrough it took almost 2 weeks to get half the repairs we asked for. If I could give less stars I would. Also found out we're paying significantly more than a similar apartment in the building and they are upgrading their space to be more up to date. Steer clear at all cost. It's apparent they weren't going to give us what they promised after we signed on the dotted line. Some of their excuses were no electricity or lighting to do the work, our apartment is the sunny side with plenty of light from all angles and they had 3-4 weeks to prepare and failed to do so.

The whole brick wall is on our side of our property and to make it more safe they put up a big garbage as a temporary wall. Guys come on if you didn't know what resources you needed why tear the wall down? If the permits were not up to date why temp with it. We have dogs that can't play outside. Can't build a swing for our growing family. Now who's solely responsible and making the investors look bad. The management. Or is it the investor making the decisions. I think so.
