From our very first consultation call, my wife and I knew this team would be the ones to get the job done and would go above and beyond to represent us in a highly competitive real estate market. There was never any pressure from them. We could move as fast or as slowly as we wanted, and they respected our pace every step of the way. They were always available and accommodating when it came to showings and open houses. What we appreciated most was their honest and insightful opinions about the properties we toured -- details that only experienced realtors would notice, and things you might never even consider as a first-time home buyer. They are always available to hop on a call and quickly respond to texts for any question (trust me we had a lot). When we finally found a home we loved, they walked us through the offer process and helped us craft a competitive offer that allowed us to stand out. Escrow was completely stress-free, as they arranged inspections and coordinated everything so seamlessly. There was a small hiccup the day before our closing -- through no fault of this team whatsoever -- but they were immediately on top of it, working swiftly with our lender, escrow agency, and insurance agent to ensure we closed right on schedule. We are extremely grateful for the care, dedication, and guidance the team at Hirano Homes provided throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with them, and I am so glad we did -- because we ended up with the perfect home for us!

He also connected us with a team of contractors who helped us renovate and get the house ready to sell, which made a huge difference. The market wasn't exactly easy, but our home was on the market for less than two weeks before we got an offer. We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

It's just a fact that the low barrier to entry makes a lot of realtors a dime-a-dozen. This is especially true in hot areas where demand outpaces supply. It's the absolute truest in an area like South Bay (the one true South Bay; go home Silicon Valley, you're drunk), where houses get snatched up in an instant, and buyers are willing to do insane stuff to get their offers accepted. In markets like this, a lot of buyers may ask, "Why would I even need a realtor?" Let me tell you why: because the needle-in-a-haystack realtors like Jack Mangin make even the most chaotic and fast-paced market feel like a leisurely browse through a farmers market. I found Jack on Yelp, and he was the first realtor to call me back immediately. That never changed throughout our buying process. Jack is savvy in every respect, and truly listened to our priorities. He predicted issues and took proactive approaches to prevent those issues from becoming problems for us. He stayed positive and optimistic--even when I changed my mind a million times and couldn't decide what I cared about. Jack is thorough, personable, candid, smart, reliable, and works his butt off for his clients. We were dealing with a purchase from out-of-state, so our situation had all sorts of inconveniences he had to work around--flights, time differences, schedule coordinating. He did it all with a smile and never faltered in any part of the process. He kept things moving so that things stayed smooth--nothing was ever a rush on our end, and we were never kept waiting on anything. He still checks in with us even though we closed over three months ago. He's a solid 100, and I cannot recommend him enough. Jack is our buddy for life now!

She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to explain what was happening at every step. One of the things we appreciated most was how well she understood the VA home-buying process. She knew the VA requirements and helped us understand what we could and couldn't request or include in our offer.
