While it's possible the neighbors were doing light work, there was no disruption during her stay. It felt like they were inflating costs to squeeze more money out of tenants. Please make sure you look for signs behind white-washed walls. I was very frustrated with this issue during my stay as there was no fix and we had to leave our windows open in the dead of winter. - Upstairs noise nuisance- While this might not be the case in every apartment. Our upstairs neighbors would refuse to sleep until 4 am and was every tenant's worst nightmare. - Double-check before placing your security deposit - I had a conflict with the management for charging unnecessary utilities. The water charges in this community are insane. It was a monthly dilemma to pay the high utilities when your personal usage is close to nil. While I did not receive any response in my favor and was helpless for the crazy amount they withheld. I want to make sure you do not trust the management easily with your money & make sure you take all the documentation with you before moving. Would highly recommend getting it cleaned yourself to give another opportunity to the community to charge you $195 in cleaning and more. Apart from these issues, the community was safe & in close proximity to all utilities.
