I found Kim at a bridal expo in 2019. Right away, I was captivated by her radiant energy, her knowledge and passion for her job. I left that expo with her contact information and emailed her October 2019 to start the Honeymoon planning. Kim is a miracle worker! She had immediate comparable side by side cruise quotes for our destination, Tahiti. She took every idea I had and put it into our travel plan. She thought of everything from timing, transfers, air and hotel. Come 2020, Covid-19 hit and we decided to postpone our wedding along with our honeymoon. Kim made it so easy and simple to re-book our honeymoon in 2021. Along the way, our chosen cruise line canceled our trip so Kim had to start from scratch but she was so quick to react. She has about a 24 hour turnaround time! She keeps me in communication the entire time, we call, text and email. Fast forward to October 26, 2021, my husband and I go off on our honeymoon. It was everything I imagined and more. Thanks to Kim! Kim took my idea, and ran with it. She delivered and exceeded my expectations! We already booked another trip for October 2022 for our one year anniversary. I bet my money it will be just as amazing, if not, better! Kim, there will never be enough "thank you's" but THANK YOU! You gave me my dream honeymoon and for that I am eternally grateful. Use Kim for your travel plans! You will not be disappointed. read more

We met Kim at the LA Bride Sow at the LA Convention Center and were married in Costa Rica, April 2019. While Kim had strong connections to Sandals, we ultimately decided to go with a non-resort wedding. With nearly 100 guests in attendance, Kim was the main point of contact for hotels, transportation to and from the airport, as well as tours. A great thing about working with Kim is the ability to reserve activities in advance using credit cards and giving guest the ability to pay over time for those who needed it vs. wiring cash overseas. Regarding the wedding, during the planning period, Kim was the main communicator to the Chef, and did great in conveying what was most important to us. Ex: a full dessert bar was a MUST - see photo:) This also included gathering quotes before we ultimately decided to go with Chef Manuele Fratini. My wife raves about Kim being so warm and bubbly over the phone and making her feel like she really cared. From the emotional rollercoaster, the stresses and the joys, Kim was there for all of it working with our WP and was a trooper through it all. We're grateful for all of her efforts in being a part of our special day - my wife and I made a lifelong friend. Thank you Kim! Love, The Bride & Groom read more

I met Kim at the LA Brido Expo but it also turns out we live in the same town (small world). She helped us plan our honeymoon to Saint Lucia....which included making sure we bought flights at a reasonable time for reasonable rates...and also helped us pick the best Sandals resort for us...we stayed at the Sandal Grande and it was magical....everything you could imagine as honeymooners. I'll never forget our magical trip and would 100000% recommend having Kim help you. She's amazing, professional and knows what she's doing. Thank you again read more

My husband and I got married in May but with the uncertainty of travel restrictions with the pandemic, we waited until September to plan our honeymoon. A friend referred me to Kim and she was able to plan a perfect last-minute honeymoon to Costa Rica! Kim's travel planning is not one size fits all as she took the time to learn about our travel history and what we like to do. Kim planned the perfect honeymoon for us with ziplining, horseback riding, hiking, whitewater rafting as well as staying at natural hot springs 5-star resort and an all-inclusive resort in another part of Costa Rica. She continued to follow up with us leading up to the trip as well as during and after to make sure everything was as planned. Every resort, transfer, and excursion exceeded our expectations. It truly could not have been a better vacation and honeymoon for us! We strongly recommend anyone traveling anywhere to contact Kim for any type of travel! read more

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Kim and this company. I met her at a bridal convention pre covid, and booked our honeymoon through her for sandals St. Lucia for June 2020. Then the world turned upside down. She helped us to change our honeymoon to June 2021. She helped us book and change our flights, get insurance so none of the changes cost us anything and protected us from hurricanes (good thing too as hurricane Elsa hit St. Lucia two days after we left!) As we approached our honeymoon, she helped us with covid requirements, and even answered questions while on a trip herself. She was very available and always got back to me when I had questions. Not only did she do a fantastic job with our honeymoon, we won an addition free trip. Although she did not make an commission from that, she was still willing to help us with questions on that trip! Kim and Destination Happily Ever After definitely has our business for every time we travel. Highly recommended! read more

I found out about the opportunity to go to Belize with only two weeks notice. Kim went above and beyond to book business class flights for me, staying at the same hotel as my friend, and adding on excursions last minute. She did multiple searches for me as I asked about different flight times and airlines, having her check different dates, and multiple hotels. Since she had traveled to Belize previously she was able to give me helpful tips for the trip. She was sincerely happy that I was going on vacation and answered all of my questions. I couldn't ask for better service as she was top notch! I will definitely be using her again!! read more

Kim is absolutely amazing! I met her at a bridal convention and decided to use her services to plan my honeymoon to New Zealand and Fiji. There were a lot of emails, phone calls and text messages exchanged between the two of us when planning my trip and Kim was always a pleasure to work with. She really wants you to have a great trip and it shows. While on my honeymoon, I was able to text her about any hiccups and have her book more excursions for my husband and I to do. I'm currently planning two more trips with Kim, she's my travel agent for life! read more

We went on a two week, 5 country European vacation. Kim did a great job at helping us find everything we wanted to do and more as well as be able to squeeze it into the short period of time we had available for travel. She was completely available to us at all times whenever we had a question (even while we were on the trip itself). With her expertise and passion for travel, we were able to simply show up at the airport and have everything ready and available for us at each location, which allowed us to fully enjoy and relax in the experience. We highly recommend Kim for any and all travel needs! Definitely will be using her again. read more

I have used this company, Kim Gould, for my last 2 trips. I just returned from a Luxury Gold 12 day tour in Italy. Kim arranged the entire trip for me including all of my transfers. She met with me to go over all the details of the trip just before I left. She listens to your needs and fulfils them. Her attention to detail is superb. She has just finished working on my next adventure, a cruise to Portugal and Spain, with transfers and tours. This is a wonderful company. I have been extremely happy with the 5 star service. read more

One of our best vacations so far! My husband and I always wondered what a Sandals Resort vacation would be like from seeing the commercials on t.v. Kim had approached me and said that she was holding a Sandals presentation. We went and we booked Montego Bay in Jamaica that week. Kim handled everything from resort to flight to excursions. She made it so easy! And on our stay my husband decided he wanted to upgrade our flight home to business class from coach. Kim took care of it immediately. She also booked us a fabulous candlelight dinner on the beach while we there. We had a wonderful trip. I totally recommend Kim for your travel needs. read more

My husband and I wanted to go away for our 5 year anniversary. We had spoken to a couple travel agents but did not get a good feeling from them. They were just not the right fit for us. Then we contact Kim Gould to help us find the right destination for our budget and style. Kim was amazing and found us the best location in Playa Del Carmen. She worked hard to make sure we had the best experience and helped book our excursions ahead of time. She called the hotel to make sure everything was set up properly before we arrived. Our trip was truly amazing. We loved working with Kim and will definitely use "Destination Happily Ever After" again for our future vacations. read more

My husband and I called a few travel agents before booking our trip to Mexico, once we spoke with Kim - we knew it was a great fit. She was so receptive to listening to exactly what we were looking for and offered us many options around our specific requests. Kim not only handled all of our scheduling and booking, she also went above and beyond making herself available when we had questions during our trip. I highly recommend using Kim Gould as your travel agent. She loves what she does and it is evident in her customer service. read more
