We went up to Lake Arrowhead for our first time a couple weeks ago for a wedding. We decided to try this bnb out. It looked so cute and cozy! It was everything and then some! We didn't even want to leave! So clean, great hosts, and the most comfortable beds! I keep asking my husband when can we go back! I could have stayed in all day with the cozy fireplace and watch a movie in with my family. There's a market literally across the street and the best restaurants walking distance. I cannot say enough great things about this team. Especially Bianca, wow she was great! I never waited more than minutes to get a response. It made our ladies retreat smooth sailing. The price was unbeatable as well which made everyone in our group happy. When being in an unknown town at a place you don't know it can be unnerving, Hosty made sure that wasn't the case for here. Sky & Meg's place is arguably the best rental in all of Crestline. It's a 5 minute walk to some great restaurants and multiple stores (to include a grocery store and convenient store). It sits right in front of Lake Gregory and its inflatable water park / beach. The house is amazingly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a breath-taking view of the lake. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at this cozy cabin! Upon arrival the first thing you can't help but notice is the beautiful mountain views! This A frame home was charming, well maintained, comfy & spacious! I throughly enjoyed sitting on the decks taking in the beautiful sunrise's & sunset's. Location was great, close to town but still far enough away to feel like your in your own peaceful oasis. Great place to recharge & get some rest & relaxation. WOW! We had an incredible experience with Hosty. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and absolutely gorgeous. The patio had incredible views. It was only a few minutes to the lake where we fished, swam, and rented boats. It was only 1.5 hours to the beach as well. The Hosty team was extremely responsive and helpful. We had some questions and they answered the phone very quickly as well as texts. They also gave us some amazing recommendations for places to eat, things to see, and things todo. It was a great price for how great our experience was. Only issue is we didn't stay longer All of the beds were great quality and so comfortable. Great amenities, great views, great rental company. We (family of 4) stayed two nights at a cottage managed by Hosty at Cedar Glen at Lake Arrowhead at the beginning of our kid's spring break. The place was very well maintained and ticked off all the boxes that a vacation home should provide. We had access to all the amenities (kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace in the living room and in the backyard, three bedrooms with clean linens and blankets). There was a grocery store across the street and the Lake Arrowhead Village was less than 10 minutes away. I'm shocked i'm the first person to leave a review for Hosty since they are so amazing and it is so hard to find great property managers that do both long term and vacation rental management! I bought a house in Old Towne Orange and decided to rent out the front house long term but didn't know where to start. My friend referred me to Megan with Hosty. I called...she was great over the phone, then came over that same day to check out the property. I wanted them to do everything: Touch-ups, repairs, staging, professional photos and finding a renter. I was hoping to get $2,700 a month, but Megan told me to trust her and instead she listed it for $3,400 and found us the best renter ever! It was the easiest process ever. Even my neighbor uses them now. They have a credit card on file for repairs, collect and disperse the rent monthly, and send me a statement quarterly...and that's it! I almost never hear from them...they just solve issues as they arise. I now have them manage 2 other rentals as well as 4 of my Airbnb's in neighboring cities and my experience on that has been even better...high nightly rates, 91% occupancy rate, and all 5 stars nearly every single time. I really can't say enough good in an industry that is so hard to please. read more

Booked a cabin managed by this company in Running Springs, CA. They cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before my scheduled check-in, with zero explanation, and seriously messed up my travel plans. No one at the company answered my calls or returned my voicemails. In response to the reply below: I find it hard to believe that you did this to two different Seans at the same cabin on the same day, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are referring to a different customer. I did not cancel my reservation. My reservation was cancelled on me. I am happy to send you the screenshot from AirBnB. Nor did ever ask you for a refund. In fact, I would have had no way to ask you for a refund, because I called your company to find out why I had been cancelled, and no one ever responded to my voicemails. This yelp conversation is the first time anyone from Hosty has responded to me in any fashion. Ultimately, AirBnB made it right, gave me a refund, and provided me with an additional coupon for my troubles. I was able to find another place last minute. No thanks to Hosty. read more
