I have been very impressed with the prompt attention for the handling of all maintenance requests through the website and communication with that staff and their contractors. Their move out procedure is unreasonable. While we did receive 97% of our deposit back, the move out walk through lasted 1hour and 45 minutes and mostly pointed out items to be addressed by the land lord. We were not able to use the trash service our last week of renting due to 805 leasing requiring no trash be left in trash cans. There was a significant amount of instructions about replacing light bulbs and the exorbitant charges you will incur if the light bulbs don't match or are burnt out

Communication was consistently poor--multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered, and meaningful responses were rare. After move-out, funds were deducted from our security deposit without clear justification. We repeatedly requested itemized documentation and physical evidence to support the charges, which tenants are generally entitled to receive under standard tenant-landlord practices. Despite multiple requests, this information was never provided. We were charged for items and installations that were not present at the start of our tenancy, and the deductions appeared to exceed what would typically be considered normal wear and tear. Based on what we observed, the charges seemed more consistent with property improvements or upgrades rather than tenant-caused damage. We offered photographic evidence of the unit's condition, but it was disregarded. What was most troubling was the complete lack of transparency and good-faith communication throughout this process. I interacted with two individuals named Cindy and another named Hope, and despite repeated attempts, no one took responsibility for addressing these concerns or providing proper documentation. Given our experience, tenants should proceed with extreme caution. Security deposits are meant to be handled according to clear standards and accountability, and that was not our experience here. I am in the process of reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer and housing authorities for review. If you are considering renting through this company, document everything thoroughly and think carefully before trusting them with your deposit.

When unexpected emergencies happen we are kept in the loop and issues are remedied promptly. Recently a neighboring condo had a snake bust one of our pipes. Luckily, Leo got on it immediately. He contacted the plumbing company who caused the issue and took care of our tenants by making sure there wasn't lingering water damage. Also worth noting that whatever poor soul he got to move into the house so quickly probably wasn't aware that they were letting them move into a house with some fairly big safety issues (doors don't shut or lock AT ALL, windows that are not sealed and have gaps, mold in the garage etc.) I totally understand that nothing is set in stone until everything is signed and lease is paid, but this guy REALLY made us believe the house was ours and its clear he just didn't want to have to deal with a tenant that wasn't going to blindly move into a property. When I said to him "you really lied to us and now you have left a family in a seriously stressful situation", his response was again was basically too bad.

When I attempted to transition from my lease to a newly renovated unit I was met with ambiguity from Elena regarding the "process" and was reassured that "corporate" would get back to me. After seeing groups of tenants tour, Elena was conveniently moving in for herself without any follow-up. I later found out that she falsely documented that I was not able to afford it.
