Wow this place is an actual game changer for Korean chicken!! The wings were actually incredibly crispy and juicy despite not being fried. It was honestly better than a majority of the KFC we've ever had before. The chicken meat itself is marinated and seasoned very well, making every bite so flavorful. Can't believe they opened in America! Goobne used to be my go-to whenever I visited Korea because you get all the flavors and crispness from fried chicken without the grease. We had the half and half wings combo with original and crispy pepper. They were both delicious, pretty good serving size as well for two. The pepper one had the perfect crispy skin which I loved and their sauce isn't too spicy and goes well with the wings. It also comes with the radish and you can order extra if you're the type to eat radish with every bite. The onion rings were great too, crispy but not scratchy.
