I have been here y puedo jurar que vendia un rico pozole. Today I came looking forward to have my pozole.. I ordered pozole and and to my surprise I get menudo service I dont like at all menudo.. the point of my bad review is the young lady told they have never never serve pozole.. so I argue I been here many time she said no we have never never im like what the heck.. either way she well is menuno, and you order menudo. Un apologetic and turn around walk away.. I said ms. I ordered pozole so please take this menudo I dont want it.. and she without saying NADA or my apologies nothing she took it back and never came back to check on me if I needed anything else.. I didn't ask for money back bc she looks like someone that only does the job nothing to do with client taken care off I come to find out this young girl is new 6 or more month.. and she swear never sold pozole here at the Gonzalez taco place. Im all about customers service..no refund that's fine but at least apologies if you dont know what was before and if you dont know is ok

If you're looking for an authentic taste of Mexican food, this is the place to try! From simple…read moreasada tacos to delicious wet burritos and everything in between, you really can't go wrong. They even offer some keto-friendly options, which is a great bonus. Hands down, this is some of the best Mexican food in the Palmdale area, and I highly recommend giving them a try! To start you off, they serve complimentary churritos and/or house-made tortilla chips. Their red and green salsas are both packed with flavor and are some of the best! My go-to order is the wet burrito with either asada or cabeza, but honestly, all of their proteins are delicious. Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and made with care. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, from the owners to the employees. You can tell they take pride in their food and making customers feel right at home. If you haven't tried this place yet, give it a shot--you won't regret it!

My second time visiting this spot. The first time I showed up I bought a torta and loved it. Food…read morewas delicious and price was fair. Before leaving the restaurant a worker recommended I get flautas on my next visit. As someone who loves Mexican food, I decided to take them up on that. I came in today for the "famous" flautas but noticed that flautas weren't actually listed on the restaurant menu. I spoke to my server who emphasized that I could order flautas as a combo or individually. I opted for 6 individual flautas and an agua fresca. The flautas were not bad, they were mid but they were tasty enough that I ate 4/6. I ordered more than necessary because I'm used to flautas being on the thinner/inexpensive side. I should have done my due diligence and asked how much individual flautas were because my total for 6 flautas and 1 agua fresca was $40.62. $40.62 for mid flautas and one drink. I feel robbed and will not be coming back here. $40.62 for fried taquitos is insane. They called it a la carte prices, more like a la chingada prices. By no means does Mexican food HAVE to be cheap but this is just plain ludicrous. To be clear, I had zero issues with my first visit having a torta but after today I'll try my luck in other restaurants.

After spending the day at Willow Springs Raceway, it has always been a tradition to eat at Baracoa afterwards for the past couple of years now. We all love their dishes. The oxtail is raved about, service is always excellent, vibes are great esp on live music nights. This time around, we had a slightly larger party since there were more of us at the raceway this day and we were excited for our friends to finally try Baracoa. We've always had maybe 1 or 2 dogs with us and so we'd sit out on the patio. These dogs are quiet and obedient. They just lie under the table at your feet and are never restless & never beg/bark/whine. Since we had a larger party and now 3 dogs with us, maybe it drew more attention? Our waiter said that he will have to ask the boss if it's okay that we have dogs since usually it's policy to not have dogs on the premises. We were so confused since we've been coming here. The boss/owner/manager, I can't remember exactly his title, came outside and let us know that unfortunately, pets are not allowed, even on the patio. We were all taken aback with nothing to say except having dropped jaws as he was walking away. Before he completely left our sight, we asked when that became a policy since we have always been here with dogs. He said it's always been a rule and cannot speak for his employees and the decisions they make when he's not there. He goes on to state that the pets are unclean and that he has customers. In that moment, I thought, "What are we then? Have we never been customers?" With a firm tone, he asked us to cooperate. It would have been a different kind of feeling if this boss had said ANYTHING along the lines of, "We would love to have you back to dine with us, but please without your dogs." This interaction felt like major rejection, hate towards pets, and to just get out immediately. We had already ordered 3 cortado frios, which I always think is to-die-for here, and that will be our last sips from them. It was also way more sweet than strong this time, sadly. We will not be returning to this establishment.
