They recently installed two garage doors and motors for me. They were on time and did great work. The only complaint I had was the number of holes left in the ceiling. Thanks Amado for your quick response. One of the two torsion springs broke on Saturday evening. Called and left a message around 10:30 pm. Amado called me back at 9:00 am on Sunday and was out here by 11:00 am to replace both springs for the quoted price. He also did the following things above and beyond replacing the springs at no additional cost: 1) Lubed all joints 2) Put new grease on the track 3) Re-aligned the tracks for a smoother operation 4) Switched the location of the transmitter and receiver for the safety sensors since I was having issues in the morning with the sunlight hitting the receiver. 5) Adjust the force and stop location on the garage door opener Work was completed in about 45 minutes. After chatting with a few contractors, we decided to go with Gonzalez Garage Doors. He made us feel most comfortable with the work to be done.
