    Wintermelon n Bubble Waffle

The drink was great and the bubble waffle was amazing! Not gonna lie, the bubble waffle was hella goooooooooooood!!! They also have soft serve ice cream. Everyday a different flavor. I've been to many Gong Cha's, but this was the best one I have ever had! The staffs were really nice too. Will be back!

Food: I always love ordering my Boba tea here, it's probably by far my favorite location to stop by if I'm in the area. I usually get the brown sugar, milk, tea or sometimes I switch it up, but they always make the perfect amount. Service: it's a much younger crowd so they tend to be very nice and make sure that you have everything you need for your drink. Ambiance: it's so cute little café that you can sit down and hang out with your friends or go a little study. It's a newly build interior so you can appreciate the decor. Location accommodation: parking is not really that great as there is some side street parking and a little alleyway that you can possibly park sometimes but again it's very limited. It's right next to the Hanover theater, which has a parking garage right across.

It's a very new store, clean and bright! The service wasn't too bad. However, the store music was way too loud. I couldn't even hear what the staff was saying when tried to order. In addition, I'm not sure if it's because it's new, I don't feel the tea, mocha latte with tapioca in this case, wasn't too authentic. To be fair, I would give it another try in the future when I get a chance and see if the flavor improves!

I have been visiting regularly Gong Cha in Worcester, MA for the last six months - once every week on Tuesday. Every time I order the same drink - One Large Pearl Milk tea with light ice and 30 % sugar and extra pearls. The drink that was made today was *bad* - it tasted like sweet watered milk (without any flavour of tea), and when I reported it, the people at the counter laughed at me. Their response was we don't make the tea it comes prepared from the factory. Sad experience.

The drinks were pretty average, I would definitely come back for the waffle ice cream. The environment seems really nice and the service was quick.

This Gong Cha location is very aesthetically pleasing inside. The prices are fair, and the service was prompt. I got the large dirty brown sugar milk tea ($6.43?) and it was a good size for the price. Lots of tapioca pearls as well. Definitely want to try their strawberry milk tea and other drinks. Street parking, but there's spots right next to the shop. Would come back again if I'm in Worcester!

I frequent Gong Cha often and have been to enough to say that this location is pretty nice! Their staff are always very friendly and just want to make sure you get what you ordered. Service is always fairly quick and it's easy to get in and out. What's nice about this location as well is that it's part of the FiveStars loyalty rewards program, so every now and then you can get a free drink or discounts (speaking from experience since I frequent this location quite often). They do have your typical variety of drinks and also some signature blends that are unique to Gong Cha, just like any other location. They do also offer bubble/egg waffles which can come with toppings or boba in the waffle itself. I've had this a few times, and personally it's not my cup of tea because the batter is just way too sweet and doesn't quite resemble the traditional batter of egg waffles you'd get in Taiwan or Hong Kong. It is a decent sugary snack if you're in need of a pick me up that doesn't involve the endless selection of drink combinations. My favorite drink to get here is the lychee oolong at zero sweetness with coconut jelly. Definitely recommend heading here if you're looking for a refreshing drink!

Inside the establishment. Limited menu selection as you can see on the screen.

To Tea or not to Tea? That is the question. The establishment is located next to the old movie theater in downtown Worcester for those who can remember but I digress. They have a small selection of flavors/varieties but that will probably change as time goes on. I've ordered the "dirty brown sugar milk tea" and the "taro milk tea slush" and the quality is OK but not worth the wait if the lines are too long. Prices are on-par with other similar places. Street parking is limited and can be difficult to find on normal weekdays which leads to the title.

Best boba in Worcester, hands down! Best texture. Freshest tasting. I've always liked boba, but this place brought it to the next level.

I was really impressed because I haven't seen a dragon fruit milk tea on any other menu, and they were able to capture the dragon fruit flavor even when dragon fruit itself hardly had any flavor usually. - Custom mango lychee tea with lychee jelly, 4/5: I got this 75% sweet and it was perfect. There was also a real mango piece and lychee inside! Great touch. The tea left a slightly weird aftertaste though, so I couldn't tell if the green tea was brewed too strongly to make it bitter or if maybe the coconut jelly they used had a chemical aftertaste.

Definitely a younger vibe, but it's adorable. I ordered the ramen corn dog, brown sugar bubble tea and a matcha donut from the kiosk and was called shortly after. The corn dog was fun to eat with the crunchy ramen crust. There was plenty of cheese and the hot dog inside was perfectly cooked. The bubble tea was kind of flavorless. Mostly milk tasting. I would have liked more brown sugar flavor. There were plenty of pearls in the drink. The donut was good. The matcha glaze was tasty and came with Pockey stick. This meal cost me about $20. You order by kiosk and they have a mix of mochinuts, drinks, and street food. I ordered a strawberry mochinut and a passion fruit smoothie. My friend got a chicken sandwich, French fries, and a lychee lemonade. I never had a mochinut before, so wanted to get something not too over the top as they had some interesting flavors. The strawberry was good. I'm used to donuts being soft and I prefer when frosting is not stiff or dry. I noticed the donut was a bit hard, and asked the lady to microwave it. She said she couldn't because that would ruin the donut. She tried to explain that it should be eaten as is, but I paid for it so it wouldn't affect her if I wanted to microwave the donut I paid for. The donut was good, and was not as light as a traditional donut. I'm not sure what to compare it to. The smoothie was tasty, and refreshing. What I really enjoyed was the fries, though! I tried some of my friends and then decided to order some for myself. They were lightly seasoned, crisp and hot! I definitely would revisit, and bring my sister next time as I think she would love this place.
