Gong Cha just became my favorite place. When I visited Gong Cha, it gave me an aesthetic positive vibe, like a nice hangout café type of vibe. I ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and it was DELICIOUS! Mind you it's the first drink I ever had from this place. What I love the most about this place is that the employees are super nice and helpful, they ask you the level of sugar you want in your drink and the amount of ice you want as well. The majority of other places I've been, do not ask these certain questions and I've received drinks that are either too sweet or too bitter. I also like that Gong Cha has a rewarding system. I believe that for every dollar spent, you get 1 point. Around 50 points you can redeem for a small free drink I believe. *Please do further research as I'm not 100% sure about the point system* The only cons about Gong Cha is that parking is very limited, it's super hard to find parking, luckily I was able to find one. I suggest that if you live near downtown or close by to just walk there. I LOVE giveaways! and turns out that Gong Cha has a giveaway but only for the month of July. I really do hope that there will be more giveaways coming but I believe that it's a very good way to get people's attention haha :) I will for sure be coming back to this place to try out other flavors. read more

This is one of the many Gong Cha locations I've tried and this one did not let me down! My girlfriend and I got our drinks super quick, it was suuuuper spacious with a ton of room to sit and relax, and they offered complimentary water. I usually get the brown sugar, milk, tea or sometimes I switch it up, but they always make the perfect amount. Service: it's a much younger crowd so they tend to be very nice and make sure that you have everything you need for your drink. Ambiance: it's so cute little café that you can sit down and hang out with your friends or go a little study. It's a newly build interior so you can appreciate the decor. Location accommodation: parking is not really that great as there is some side street parking and a little alleyway that you can possibly park sometimes but again it's very limited. I got service from here through good to go and the bubble teas were so good!!! I also bouhht the matcha waffle cone and savored it's sweet tangy flavor. It's definitely one of my go to places now. And they have it decorated so prettily with the plants now. They were very generous in giving me three teas for the price of one through too good to go. Every time I order the same drink - One Large Pearl Milk tea with light ice and 30 % sugar and extra pearls. The drink that was made today was *bad* - it tasted like sweet watered milk (without any flavour of tea), and when I reported it, the people at the counter laughed at me. I frequent Gong Cha often and have been to enough to say that this location is pretty nice! Their staff are always very friendly and just want to make sure you get what you ordered. Service is always fairly quick and it's easy to get in and out. What's nice about this location as well is that it's part of the FiveStars loyalty rewards program, so every now and then you can get a free drink or discounts (speaking from experience since I frequent this location quite often). They do have your typical variety of drinks and also some signature blends that are unique to Gong Cha, just like any other location. They do also offer bubble/egg waffles which can come with toppings or boba in the waffle itself. I've had this a few times, and personally it's not my cup of tea because the batter is just way too sweet and doesn't quite resemble the traditional batter of egg waffles you'd get in Taiwan or Hong Kong. It is a decent sugary snack if you're in need of a pick me up that doesn't involve the endless selection of drink combinations. My favorite drink to get here is the lychee oolong at zero sweetness with coconut jelly. Definitely recommend heading here if you're looking for a refreshing drink! read more

The store boasts a wide variety of milk teas ranging from regular milk tea to milk foam green tea. Try any of the top 10. They are all great, I mainly go for the 3Js and Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. For a more clean refreshing taste, I would go for the green tea on a hot day. As with many tea shops, you can customize your drinks to less or more sugar, more or less ice for your optimal taste as well. I would say their drinks are on the sweeter side so I usually opt to say 50% less sugar. Their service is quick usually. This is quite literally the worst Gong Cha I've been to. The bubble tea and waffles are good, but the service is terrible. I came in on a Tuesday at 8pm hoping to get a waffle. The store closes at 9pm and was told they "do not want to make my waffle because they already cleaned the machine." They shouldn't say they close at 9pm if they were planning to clean everything by 8pm in hopes of leaving early. The guys that were working also seemed absolutely miserable that they were there. Nonetheless I went 2 days later at 5:30pm (!!!) to get my waffle because I was still craving it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I kid you not I waited 40 MINUTES for 2 waffles. The guy making it did not want be there and there was no one in the store. When I walked out they didn't even include the toppings I wanted. I walked back in and they said "oh they ran out." They didn't even bother telling me when I was the ONLY person at the store waiting and paid more for my toppings? They could've asked if I wanted something else. I ended up wasting 40 mins on 2 waffles that could have been ready in 10 mins. They need to hire better staff. read more

I am not the type to write a review but if I can give this location zero stars I will! I placed an order online today for the "Creme Brulee Strawberry Latte" The creme brulee in my order was missing. When I brought it to the attention of the store representative instead of making a new drink for me, she had the brilliant idea of opening my already sealed drink pouring some of the drink out, and adding the milk foam to the top. This was disgusting and clearly, she does not know anything about customer service. If this is how they handle business I will not return to Gong Cha again. This is my first time at this location, I was visiting my family from New York. I went the location at southbridge MA. This customer service was not great, they didn't greet when u first walk in. I ordered a passion fruit lemonade with coconut jelly and White pearl. Got my drink on the way home the pearl wasn't coming out of my Straw I didn't understand why so when Home open the top and realize that I got chunky of white pearls in my drink. Excellent drinks! Parking is a bit easier on the weekends when traffic in the area is less. No seats inside currently, but the space is clean and well kept. Most customers seemed like they ordered ahead and came in to pick up orders, and it was surprisingly busy. We tried the earl grey 3J milk tea which comes with black boba, herb jelly, and pudding. Very delicious and the earl grey tea flavor really came though. My daughter got the passion fruit yogurt slush with added black boba and loved it. I got hibiscus green tea with white boba and basil seeds and would highly recommend it. I love the "crunchier" white boba over the chewier black boba, and seeing basil seeds as a menu option is nice. I am only a casual bubble tea connoisseur, but I was slightly disappointed. There are only a few milk tea flavors offered, but there is a lot of opportunity for customization. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea and it tasted fine overall, but nothing special. The boba was delicious and chewy, but I love my teas with a mix of boba and popping bubbles and the latter aren't offered here. I was mostly turned off by the wait times; there were so many employees moving back and forth behind the counter but when I walked in, there were ~4 folks ahead of me waiting for their orders but no one was being served. I waited about 25 minutes for a single tea. The upside is that if you do have to wait for your order, the store smells absolutely heavenly because of the waffles. All in all, there are many other bubble tea options in Worcester and I'll likely visit any one of those before I return here. read more

Just very disappointed. Been to tempe arizona were they have some true and good places. Such as dayungs. With that being said this place looks nice but you can almost smell right as you walk in how the tea almost seems like a powder. I got a strawberry milk to try something with flavor from my normal classic milk tea. I got 50% less sugar and It literally had no taste at all of tea and also the bobba was some of the worst it seemed like i was sitting for weeks and getting slimy.very sad and only gave two stars cause the place is beautiful but the quality was terrible.
