This placed just opened but so far, it's been great . You can tell the ingredients they use are more authentic than the Kung Fu Tea up the street, hence the slight price difference. I'm so glad that a Gong Cha finally opened up near my home! This Gong Cha performs great; drinks are consistently yummy and the cafe itself is very clean and modern. came in for a wintermelon drink so I ordered the wintermelon oolong tea. I personally prefer Gong Cha's over KFT's (which is probably it's competition in the area) as it's more balanced in intensity and flavor. Probably took around 5-7 minutes to get my drink which is honestly longer than what I'm used to but it's still pretty new so I'll give it to them that they're still learning recipes. Awful place and the worst customer service. They cheated my money and won't give it back!! the person who was working that day not only took an hour to make my drinks but she also charged me twice for my order. first she told me sorry your order did not go through after ten to twenty minutes of waiting for my order because my payment did not work so she made me pay again for my drinks and refused to do anything until I paid. Then made me wait another 20-30 minutes because their system was down and for some reason my order was not coming out in their system. so i thought that's weird nothing is wrong with my card. so I check my credit card transaction and bam, I was charged twice for the drinks. then she told me it will get refunded back to my account and that they are aware. She said if I still did not get the refund in a week to come back with this receipt and they will fix it for me. And now fast forward about a month and still no refund. So I asked my sister to go back for me because I do not live close to them and they gave her so much trouble and refused to give me my money back or give me compensation by reordering the same drinks for me. this gong cha is going to be officially banned from my to go to place. i would not recommend this place to anyone. Drinks were ok but customer service was terrible. I tried calling ahead of time to place an order so that I could just pick up my drinks and go but was put on hold for 15+ minutes. I figured it was busy so I decided to drive over with my family. I arrived and there were only 2 customers there! I don't know what the employees were doing in the back but they weren't trying to talk to anyone on the phone. What's the point of having a phone line? If you're not taking any orders over the phone, at least let people know instead of placing them on hold. When we got there, the cashier with the green hair was super rude and had no sense of customer service whatsoever. She should find a job somewhere else. I was with my family and we had just placed our order and was about to wait outside when she yelled at us and told us there was a limit to how many people could be in the store at once and that we needed to wait outside. I understand there's a limited capacity during these crazy times but there's a proper way to speak to customers and relay store policies. Immediately yelling at us right after we paid was uncalled for. The cashier failed to explain anything to us. Won't be returning unless there's someone better at the cash register. read more

The guy who takes your order is extremely rude. Because of the plexi glass they have it's difficult for them to hear you try to place your order. They also have a list of instructions on how to place your order and it's hidden behind a tall table that they expect you to read from the register. Let me give this place a tip, get rid of your guy up front and just install a touchscreen system that will allow customers to place their order themselves and pay on their own. Trying to talk through the glass is a hassle and if the customer service is going to be rude about it and laugh at their customers then why would I come here. Go, Gong Cha! My boyfriend and I recently visited this location as a weekend treat. We were very excited to order from here since Tea Houses are scarce in our neighborhood. However, this Gong Cha was very much open for business and had taken several precautionary measures due to COVID-19. The people inside were kind and friendly despite having to be behind a sheet of plastic. We called ahead to order a Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Coffee Milk Tea. The drinks were delicious! Terrible customer service! We stood there for 10 minutes waiting for our orders to get taken. They didn't even greet us or let us know there would be a wait. We finally ordered and the same cashier asked us 5 minutes later if we were ready to order... We proceeded to wait 30 minutes for our drinks. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. After going in 35 minutes after ordering my drinks, the worker was completely racist towards me and my friends. From the moment we walked in she completely ignored us and didn't even acknowledge us the way she did everyone else that walked in before and even after us. She did not ask what we ordered like everyone else or if we needed any help and did not even make the slightest bit of eye contact. A few minutes later someone walked in and she literally looked over my head and said "how can i help you" to her. She was wearing a Israeli shirt and I was wearing a hijab so it was a racial issue and she was completely discriminating towards us. There's a time and place to be political but as an employee who serves customers, you should be professional and not let it get in the way of your services. This is absolutely disgusting. Religious and Political views should not dictate the way you treat your customers. I will never be going back there. read more

When they first opened, my boyfriend and I kept coming here all the time, and I loved the strong taste of the green tea. There was 2 times they got our order wrong, but we still decided to give them a chance because we prefer Gong Cha over other nearby bubble teas. After many chances, unfortunately I will not be coming back here. Today we went and ordered for pickup and when we came in, 30 minutes after our order, it was not ready. It was finally ready after 40 min. I have never had to wait 40 min for bubble tea and on top of that, the orders were wrong. There's nobody there ever supervising the employees. I ordered a wintermelon oolong because I can't have dairy but received a wintermelon milk. Since we were in a rush I couldn't change it so I ended up giving it to a friend. I had a terrible experience at this location. Went in after ordering my tea 35 minutes prior, and the girl at the register did not even acknowledge us. No one greeted us or said "hi how are you" or "I'll be with you in a minute" nothing of the sort. My friend and I thought maybe it's because another man was waiting and she was helping him but no. 10 minutes later a woman walks in and the girl at the register looks over my friend and I takes the woman behind us's order. The girl at the counter finally helped us after we told her we also ordered, but she clearly wasn't happy about it. She was treating everyone else so kindly but not my friend and I. My friend was clearly a Muslim woman, she wore a head covering and this girl only treated us poorly. She was discriminating against us which is why I will never go back to this location again.
