Bless the men that just helped me out tonight. I got a flat and the AAA guy couldn't get the tire off. Got all 4 tires replaced here and paid $90 each. This was the first time I've ever replaced the tires on this car because it's a brand new car and the tires just hit 45k miles. Once I got the tires replaced I started having issues with the steering wheel shaking hard at 55 miles and the front two seats vibrating hard. Took it to a dealership to get an alignment and the tires balanced twice and the shaking wouldn't stop. My car before these new tires I could drive 80 and no shaking. Took it to a dealership the third time and they discovered that there was stuff inside the tires. Extremely confused as to why these things were inside the tires and I work too much to be able to swing by during their open hours to complain about it in person. read more

Terrible shop. Broke my wheel stud by hammering tf out of their socket that got stuck trying to get my lugs off. Said they couldn't get it off after literally loosening the entire stud. Said they couldn't do anything to get it off and basically I'd have to figure out how to remove it. Came here to buy a used tire since I was in desperate need of a tire. Noticed the sidewall starting to crack on the face of the tire, went elsewhere. Found out the tire was from 2009! I sent my wife over to pick up some new tires for my truck as we had previously discussed on the phone and in person they would only be $100 a tire (USED) and the total would be $400. That seemed like a great deal mind you this would only be the second time I've change tires on my truck so the Lugnuts are well and intact.. so I head off to work and my wife goes and gets the tires and they put them on but now the total is $630 because they told her all the Lugnuts were completely stripped and that it would cost $230 to replace them all allow you to do a quick Google search on how much Lugnuts cost but besides the point these Lugnuts were well in intact and we're not stripped. These people are strictly after your money and will 100% of the time take advantage of unsuspecting customers who do not know any better. I would give this business zero stars if I could ! I usually order my tires online and I bring them here to be installed. They do a good job and there is usually never a long wait to be serviced. They can do credit cards and cash payments. They agreed and I let them know that I would be there around 5:34pm, they said no problem. Get here, they are closing the gates and telling me they closed at 5:30pm. Said they would still change the tire and then told me to hurry up because they have somewhere to be! Fucking idiots. I stopped today at this Gomez Tire #2 location looking to patch up a tire stuck with a nail. After a quick assessment, I was told 2 more also had nails in them! In addition to this, they were close to the sidewall so they couldn't be fixed. Two of them barely had any thread left on them. Not expecting much, I asked what was the price for a set of 4 used tires. Thanks to Raphael, I got a great deal on 4 used tires for $190.00 (I initially thought all 4 were Michellin brand but only got 2) which included balancing as well. Service was reasonably fast. They were done and we were set to go in approximately 40 minutes. I will update my review in the near future should I experience any problems. Unfortunately for my visit it wasn't a pleasant experience. I had stopped to the nearest tire shop I could find for a low psi tire. I wasn't treated with a hello. Instead I was greater with a "what do yo want can't you see we are busy right now!" We'll I responded with I need air in a low psi tire on the passenger side on my 2020 dodge demon widebody. He still looked like he didn't want to help me at all. I waited for 15 mins until he came back and said "your still here?" Then I decided to leave. I was patient and respectful. Gomez Tire Shop is a great little business. There is a landfill on my route home, therefore I frequently get nails in my tires. It is very frustrating but it is what it is. The location is convenient but located in a strip center that wasn't designed for vehicle maintenance. It works okay, though. You may have to park a couple doors down and coordinate with the guys getting your vehicle in line. I've only gotten flats fixed but they sell tires and advertise brake service. This is a high volume, quick turnaround business. I love the fact that they will do tire plugs. Most of the larger tire stores will only do patches which makes the flat repair process an hour or more instead of the 5-10 minutes with a plug. No fancy waiting room here. There is a shelter with chairs and a taco truck in the lot but I couldn't care less. I'm happy getting in and out with good service. Try them out. I think you will be satisfied. read more

I bought 2 new tires to prepare for the hurricane. The next day my tire light came on and stayed on. I went back and told them that it wasn't on when I came there. They messed with tires and now my tire light won't stop flashing. BEWARE LADIES!!! I feel like they took advantage of me being a female. When I asked for a manager or the owner they just said no. Fast and friendly. I do feel like the used tire i fit was overpriced. Normally since my tire size is extremely common i pay between 25-30. This place charged 50. Which was only 25 less than getting a used one. Was convenient that they were open Sunday but if i could have used the regular shop i go to i would prefer that. read more
