Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On my first visit, I felt dismissed and disrespected by an associate. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have simply been an off interaction. However, when I returned two days later with my sister and brother-in-law, the difference in how we were treated was obvious. The associate assisted them with ordering their new clubs, but when it was finally my turn, I was told that they were closing in five minutes and I would need to return another day--despite the fact that I had been waiting and was clearly prepared to buy. After experiencing this twice, I no longer feel comfortable giving this location--or any Golf Galaxy store--my business. I hope management takes steps to address how customers are treated, because no one should feel dismissed or disrespected when they are simply trying to shop.

Sadly, I played here recently (for the first time in years) and it's in pretty horrible condition now. Oddly they seem to have invested in fancy new golf carts (with GPS, etc.) while letting the actual course deteriorate. Every aspect of the course is in unacceptable condition. I believe they also raised their rates. I won't be returning anytime soon and only recommend playing here if you live very close just for the convenience. Hermann Park, Gus Wortham, and Memorial are way better municipal course options even though they cost a little more.
