All told us to ask someone else, like they didn't work there. When we officially did, he turned us down, and told us we needed to bring our own clubs then proceeded to tell us we could rent them, then denied us to rent them. They all spoke under their breath, completely lacking confidence in their work. By the way, all of them were doing nothing. One was sitting on her phone, one was typing on a computer, and one was browsing at the club selection. Fix this so I will shop there, maybe get some employee training while you're at it.

The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system. Steve tried to help me over the phone but ended up coming to the house to check it out. I appreciated the personal service and will continue to use them for our golf cart.

They then proceeded to follow us on the course and told my husband he needs to golf fast because they have members playing behind us soon. We gave it another chance (day 3) because it's the closest to our place in Naples, my husband loves golf, and had the best reviews... we figured it was a fluke of a day 2 and everyone was just having a bad day and taking it out on us. I am a new golfer and recovering from fracturing My spine so I am a little slower and this discourages me to play at places like this. also on day 2 we ate at their restaurant, 2 servers hung out in the bathroom gossiping how f*cling sick and tired they are of customers. my husband ordered a club sandwich and I ordered a Cesar salad no meat. She came out 20 minutes later saying the chef put meat on my salad and asked if I wanted it- I said no since I am a vegetarian. she brought the salad out with chunks of chicken all throughout. So instead of remaking the salad they just picked off the chicken. This is concerning as someone who has celiacs disease if I asked no croutons and they just picked them off I would become very ill. I understand it's end or busy season, but we are paying customers. and it shouldn't take 40 minutes by the end of all of that to get a club sandwich and a Cesar salad. this coming from a bartender of 10 years and a business owner. I would never treat my clients this way. We are very polite. And we are honest players. If we had just come day 1 I would have given a 5 star review. I was very disappointed and this will be our last time coming to quail run golf club. We would rather drive farther and pay a bit more for customer service and professionalism instesd of being treated like delinquents. we paid for apparel in the shop, ate at the restaurant, hit the driving range and golfed 9 for 3 days. This was our honest experience and review. and hope this helps others when they are deciding on where to spend their vacation money and time.

For context, I'm late 50's and currently a 6 index (4.5 was the low). We changed things in set-up to be more athletic and better position to strike the ball. Spent a lot of time on using the lower body in the swing which dramatically increased club head speed and resulted in much higher ball flight with irons.
