    We came and paid for 9, driving range balls , shop apparel, and lunches all 3 days this week…read more also, first 2 days the gentleman at the front desk let me borrow a lovely women's driver since I forgot mine at home (we fly from MN and I usually put my main 3 clubs in my husbands bag) the third day the new gentleman said they don't normally do that and made it a hassle that he had to get me one. We told him the one I had been using and he found an old beat up one Instead when I insisted I didn't need to drive at the range I would just watch my husband play. the second day we played we were followed by 2 workers in the cart up to 3rd hole to watch if I was going to "play" since my husband only paid for himself (day 3 I went up to the same gentleman after I hit the driver on the range and made sure to let him know I was returning it right away so they didn't have to worry About "honesty". )before we left the older gentleman flagged us down Yelling "HEY YOU NEED TO STOP I NEED YOUR NAMES" ... we had already given our name and he was extremely rude and made a point to right it down on a receipt they usually just throw away right after we get our range balls. They then proceeded to follow us on the course and told my husband he needs to golf fast because they have members playing behind us soon. It seemed as though they didn't trust I wasn't going to golf? I'm sorry, but are we not paying customers? It was extremely rude and made me not want to come back here. We gave it another chance (day 3) because it's the closest to our place in Naples, my husband loves golf, and had the best reviews... we figured it was a fluke of a day 2 and everyone was just having a bad day and taking it out on us. I am a new golfer and recovering from fracturing My spine so I am a little slower and this discourages me to play at places like this. also on day 2 we ate at their restaurant, 2 servers hung out in the bathroom gossiping how f*cling sick and tired they are of customers. my husband ordered a club sandwich and I ordered a Cesar salad no meat. She came out 20 minutes later saying the chef put meat on my salad and asked if I wanted it- I said no since I am a vegetarian. she brought the salad out with chunks of chicken all throughout. So instead of remaking the salad they just picked off the chicken. This is concerning as someone who has celiacs disease if I asked no croutons and they just picked them off I would become very ill. I understand it's end or busy season, but we are paying customers. and it shouldn't take 40 minutes by the end of all of that to get a club sandwich and a Cesar salad. this coming from a bartender of 10 years and a business owner. I would never treat my clients this way. We are very polite. And we are honest players. If we had just come day 1 I would have given a 5 star review. I was very disappointed and this will be our last time coming to quail run golf club. We would rather drive farther and pay a bit more for customer service and professionalism instesd of being treated like delinquents. we paid for apparel in the shop, ate at the restaurant, hit the driving range and golfed 9 for 3 days. This was our honest experience and review. and hope this helps others when they are deciding on where to spend their vacation money and time.
