All told us to ask someone else, like they didn't work there. When we officially did, he turned us down, and told us we needed to bring our own clubs then proceeded to tell us we could rent them, then denied us to rent them. They all spoke under their breath, completely lacking confidence in their work. By the way, all of them were doing nothing. One was sitting on her phone, one was typing on a computer, and one was browsing at the club selection. Fix this so I will shop there, maybe get some employee training while you're at it.

I have spent enough money at this store to become a gold member, however the customer service has left me sorely disappointed. The customer service has been terrible. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was bothering the staff just by being there. Even though I have spent substantial amounts of money here, I continuously face the passive aggressive remarks of the employees, and their feeling of disdain and undesire of contributing to a happy and safe shopping experience. The behavior of the store and their employees is down right disrespectful, inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe there are better alternatives such as Golf Guys up the street who have better prices and better customer service or the local PGA Superstore who would be happy to help and contribute to a safer shopping experience. Happy with B & W We…read morepurchased a new golf cart from B and W in Nov 2016. B &W has done the servicing and also repaired a tire for us. We have never had a problem with them. The cart is great, runs great, looks great. Recently I called to voice concern that our batteries weren't taking water with our quick connect fill system. Steve tried to help me over the phone but ended up coming to the house to check it out. I appreciated the personal service and will continue to use them for our golf cart.

She came out 20 minutes later saying the chef put meat on my salad and asked if I wanted it- I said no since I am a vegetarian. she brought the salad out with chunks of chicken all throughout. So instead of remaking the salad they just picked off the chicken. This is concerning as someone who has celiacs disease if I asked no croutons and they just picked them off I would become very ill. I understand it's end or busy season, but we are paying customers. and it shouldn't take 40 minutes by the end of all of that to get a club sandwich and a Cesar salad. this coming from a bartender of 10 years and a business owner. I would never treat my clients this way. We are very polite. And we are honest players. If we had just come day 1 I would have given a 5 star review. I was very disappointed and this will be our last time coming to quail run golf club. We would rather drive farther and pay a bit more for customer service and professionalism instesd of being treated like delinquents. we paid for apparel in the shop, ate at the restaurant, hit the driving range and golfed 9 for 3 days. This was our honest experience and review. and hope this helps others when they are deciding on where to spend their vacation money and time.

I got my money back for the camera but not the $9.99 warranty. They said I had to call the company for that money. Well after many phone calls and being passed around to different operators, 2 hours so far. I finally got a person, I had to email photos of the receipts, and give them my name and address. I was told it may take up to 2 weeks to get a check from them. Very frustrating. Why can't they do it at the store?? I won't ever shop there again.
