I inquired about a trailer through their website but didn't get a response that day. However, they called me the next day and said they received an electronic message about me being interested in a trailer. I asked if they had one in stock and they said yes. I told them I'd be there in an hour to check it out. When I arrived, I told them my name and the trailer I was interested in. He said that had the guys pull out the trailer. The guy pretty much already had the paperwork out ready to go so the waiting time was minimal. I checked out the trailer, filled out the paperwork, they made sure the lights and everything were working, and I was on my way. It's a pretty nice trailer as far as utility trailers go. A couple upgraded things like the hitch and the spring loaded gate. They cost a little bit more than Trailers Plus but I think I avoided headaches in the long run. I towed my UTV in the trailer and it towed fine. No problems. I'm happy.

The "rebuild" needed was an exhaust leak, a broken header bolt. 2 gaskets and a set of bolts, 70$ and a day on the weekend. one idiot said wrist pin and one idiot said crankshaft bearing, I think that idiot was the owner (without looking at anything in the engine or the oil filter). They must have hand cut the material because now I have razor blade marks on the plastic of the headlight lens. Do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with the headache. There are other places in town that are more expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

I paid $1590 for them. After many weeks Cindy was finally able to get through to Yamaha due to her stating she was entering something wrong on Yamahas warranty site. She called me today and told me that Yamaha only authorized to pay me $609.00 die to the technicians (which were her husband and son) did not complete the proper paperwork. I then began to get upset and state that because of their mistake I am out $900 and she said they were too. I asked how and she stated had to pay me the $609 and that Yamaha was giving them an account credit. I'm confused at this point and keep talking as I'm pretty frustrated at this point. So the Cindy does something strange and states she will pay me the entire amount of $1500. She stated she would put the check in the mail. I then called her back to see If I could come by and grab the check, I was out on hold at that time. Ci day then came back and stated that she talked to her husband and they can only pay me the $609. This was after she told me she was going to pay out the entire amount. This is no way to do business or treat your customers. They did the wrong thing as an authorized dealer and I am the one who is paying. She tried to tell me they werent getting reimbursed and they were losing money But then told me Yamaha was giving them a credit.
