Their parts department is outstanding. Mike knows boats and their systems inside and out, and he's always willing to offer advice and direction. Over the past three years, I honestly can't remember a time they didn't have the part I needed, even for obscure items on a boat more than 20 years old. Their service department is equally impressive. I came in Monday morning after one of my engines suddenly died on the lake. I spoke with Alex, explained the symptoms, and before noon he had Tiny on the boat diagnosing the problem. After careful troubleshooting, Tiny traced it to a failing trim/tilt sensor that was sending an incorrect voltage signal to the ECM and causing a very unusual engine problem. What impressed me most was that Tiny even knew to look for it. He had learned about issues like this during manufacturer training over the winter exactly the kind of knowledge that separates great technicians from average ones. A&M had the parts in stock, completed the repair quickly, and had the boat back in its slip by Wednesday. Alex kept me updated throughout the process, which made a stressful situation much easier. Huge thanks to Alex, Tiny, Mike, and the entire A&M Marine team. Outstanding service, expertise, communication, and follow-through. Well done, A&M Marine. Five stars is not enough.

Great communication throughout, called me multiple times to check in and were accommodating in allowing me to drop the boat off and pick it up. A great experience all around. She was super warm and helpful right off the bat. She asked me to describe what was happening, and told me she thought it was an easy fix. We rented sleds for the whole day because we thought we were badass. Their location is pretty awesome - you literally get on the sleds and go. They go through safety and you get a helmet. There's also a little storage space underneath for things like lunch (which gets jostled around so a sandwich is good) and waters. I liked the fact that you can just go. They have various types of groomed trails and you can also go to open, flat expanses of land. I'm not a great driver in real life, so I passed on the driving experience and happily bopped along behind my driver. We made it up to this amazingly gorgeous ridge (can't remember the name). The view was spectacular and they even had a little warming hut. Great place to chill out. After about 3ish hours - I wasn't feeling like too much of a badass anymore :/ Luckily, the Full Throttle guys were super nice and they gave us a partial refund even though they probably lost money (since they couldn't reserve our sled out). Fun place, can't wait to go back and try their boats too.

Thankfully, everything went well, but he spent the extra time going over things I had not even mentioned, for example checking belts, tightening hose clamps, tightening packing nuts on the prop shaft as well as the rudder. I feel what separated AJ from the other boat shops, is that he did not just look at the one thing he was requested to do, but actually spent the time going over everything to ensure nothing major was missing. I will certainly be using him in the future from now on!
