I reached out to several mobile mechanics through Yelp on Thursday evening, and Jim was the only one who responded initially. He was able to schedule us for Saturday afternoon, which was critical since we were supposed to head home that day. Another shop didn't have availability until Monday and the other high rated mobile mechanic was out of town. Because of storm-related commute issues earlier in the week, Jim ended up arriving around 4pm instead of noon. Totally understandable given the conditions. He worked outside in freezing weather and never complained once. Jim was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He was great with my wife, my son, and even let our dogs jump on him and give him kisses. Despite the tough conditions, he got the job done and got us safely back on the road with a solid new CV axle so we could make it home as planned. I'd hire Jim again in a heartbeat.
