They had our boat for 1-1/2 months with absolutely zero communication from them and then lied about fixing our warranty issues. At this point I'm not even sure they completed the 20hr. Service that we paid for. Our warranty issues weren't minor, we lost all steering on our 24' pontoon boat out in the middle of the lake due to their original install being improper. Then had the audacity to lie and say they fixed it knowing full well they didn't and putting our family in danger once we launched in the water. My husband was trying to ask for help but still insist to go to YouTube and go to the boat site to figure out what he likes for different options and they can order it for him. We are looking for some direction and customer service and what we have experienced at this place was we felt like we are a bother to them and not wanting to sell a boat. We are both so confused when we left. So, we drove to West Coast Boat center in Rocklin. We were welcomed and they took the time to show the features online to us and right there and then we bought the boat. We felt both welcome and willing to help us at least have a good conversation and effort to find what we are actually looking for even if it is online.
