Once we forgot and then the chocolate was brittle and broke into pieces when we sliced it.Customer service is great. I wasn't able to get through on the phone line to order so I sent an email. This was 4 days before Christmas, and I didn't think anyone would actually get back to me, but someone called! I was able to get my order in and have this for Christmas. They shared insights into the chocolate-making process, along with a bit of history and its significance, which added a cool educational aspect to the experience.
