My provider did not soak my hands before doing cuticles and I now have multiple painful, bloody fingers. The polish job was messy at best. Enjoyed the little shoulder massage - but that was the only high point. With so many other options in town this is one place worth staying away from! Update to 4 days after my gel manicure... the paint is already chipped and peeling. This continues to be the worse manicure experience I have ever had. Paid a lot to have gel nails last and they didn't do that either.

I was informed that they had new ownership and could not take it. Absolutely ridiculous! If anyone has an old gift certificate that says it is good for 7 years- it isn't.

Be sure to check the sign in front, as they are usually advertising a special. You get a mini neck and shoulder massage while you are drying, which is fantastic. The best part was a shoulder/neck massage while the wax moisturized my hands. Leah's lost a star because the manicurist was ROUGH on my cuticles, to the point of 4 of them bleeding. She was extremely thorough, which is great, but her handling with the buffing pad was way too aggressive. She had to put some blue/green liquid on two of my nail beds to stop the bleeding before she painted. I almost gave it 3 stars but the pros outweighed the cons for me. I've been rubbing Neosporin and olive oil into my cuticles throughout the day and night to soothe the injuries and ensure they don't get worse. If you're considering coming here, make sure to ask that they be gentle with your cuticles!

Photos of pedicure are after second attempt. I just left Top Ten frustrated and actually in pain…read moreafter what is supposed to be a relaxing pedicure experience. My friend and I went in, I was started at least 10 min after her. One person started my pedicure, around 5 minutes later they were arguing and another person took over. She quickly clipped and cleaned my one of my feet, put exfoliant on my super dry legs, rinsed me off and started getting ready to paint. She was just about to be finished painting and I asked if the rest of the pedicure is no longer included. She tried to say something about my feet being itchy (not sure what that meant, definitely didn't have itchy feet) and then started DRY grating my feet and heels. It was so painful that I'm having trouble walking in my shoes now after we left. I didn't get lotion or anything afterward to help with the discomfort. She removed the polish after grating and said she wanted to re do it so she can rinse my feet, I tried to express how painful it was and to not bother taking the polish off so we could just leave. She did it anyway, quickly rinsed my feet and started polishing again. The polish looks like I did it myself. I went to the front and very clearly said the experience was terrible, and that I don't believe I should have to pay for this (skipped several steps that they did not skip on any customers around me.) The pedicure services were not rendered as they should be, they skipped most of the pedicure! They started to gaslight me saying that I was complaining it was rushed and offered $10 off. The crazy part is, the man that did my friend's pedicure (she got the hot stones, grating, warm towel, all the steps) seemed to be the manager. He was next to us the whole time, and still made me pay and accused me of saying it was rushed. I didn't want to be there for one more moment so I paid because I felt forced. Please be cautious about going to Top Ten! They will make you feel like you lied about the terrible service, and you'll be forced to pay for it anyway. I'm concerned about infection and cleanliness too after the experience that I had.

I also needed my nails filled BADLY, it was driving me nuts! And I'll admit she was accommodating with time, I called just before 6:30 and they closed at 7 and she still said to come in, which was greatly appreciated! But had I known it would've turned out like this I definitely would have gone somewhere else or waited to go to the original place that did them. Not only was the place dirty (say hi to the nasty spider hanging out at the bottom of the entrance door!) but the place has this odd funky smell (not normal nail salon smell either, more like stale water damage funk) . But the worst part is after only 3 DAYS! My nails are chipping, the polish on the thumb is basically coming off as one piece, she changed the shape without confirming it was ok, also thinned them too, and the polish after 3 coats wasn't remotely even from finger to finger, some you can see clear through it, (which I should have walked out as soon as I looked at the selection on the wall because they were all separated and noticably old and had been sitting there for God knows how long!) Also I had asked her to fix the polish on the edges because it didn't cover the whole nail, instead she started to just file it down instead until I stopped her! And then to top it off when I was paying, maybe it's just me idk, but you don't ask your customer about a tip! If you get it cool but it's definitely not mandatory and shouldn't make people feel obligated, especially when you did a crappy job! Worst experience in a nail salon ever!
