When I went in I was greeted by the friendly staff, and immediately accommodated. They saw my design request and clearly it had them in a pickle. Quite advanced and I assured them they could have creative liberty and simplify it if necessary. Little to my knowledge I would have two lovely ladies actively watching videos, constantly repeating things if they weren't up to par, and spending countless hours making this design perfect. Enjoyed the little shoulder massage - but that was the only high point. With so many other options in town this is one place worth staying away from! Update to 4 days after my gel manicure... the paint is already chipped and peeling. This continues to be the worse manicure experience I have ever had. Paid a lot to have gel nails last and they didn't do that either.

She had to put some blue/green liquid on two of my nail beds to stop the bleeding before she painted. I almost gave it 3 stars but the pros outweighed the cons for me. I've been rubbing Neosporin and olive oil into my cuticles throughout the day and night to soothe the injuries and ensure they don't get worse. I was instructed to fill out a form, sanitize my hands and have my temperature taken. Plexiglass dividers are tastefully protecting you from others and your manicurist. Everything is spread out and clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer. Only one other customer was having a pedicure. We all wore our masks. Teresa, an owner, immediately sanitized/cleaned everything including the pedicure massage chair. She even opened the door so I didn't have to touch the handle on my way out after my manicure. I highly recommend Lucky Nails. Not only was my mani/pedi excellent but I also felt very safe. I've been a client for many years and am in my 50s.

I was informed that they had new ownership and could not take it. Absolutely ridiculous! The company name is the same, staff is the same- never saw a changing ownership sign(I had gone in since 2022 but kept forgetting my gift certificate). I won't be back. If anyone has an old gift certificate that says it is good for 7 years- it isn't.
