I would've preferred to flat out be denied service. The waiting room I was massaged in had no music, there was a loud clock ticking noise, it was very bright, and another person was in the room while the massage took place. Very difficult to relax and I was disappointed. I've been here in the past and received better treatment and service. Scheduling is also strange.
