When I contacted their billing department to explain that the patient never even saw the doctor from the Beverly office and that this physician uses two different tax IDs, they refused to resubmit the claim correctly. Instead of addressing the error, they sent the bill straight to collections and refused to communicate further. I have since escalated this matter by reporting the incident to the Massachusetts Insurance Fraud Division.

I even checked all social media platforms to see if possibly they closed for personal reasons or anything stating why no one was answering my call and no one was in the salon. They had few options for massages, and I asked if I should get the relaxtion massage, or the Indian head, neck, shoulder massage. The maseusse Kate told me that if I was going in to take an exam in four hours I should go with the regular relaxation massage, becasue the Indian head, neck shoulder would be too much, and I might not be able to focus on what was in my head. The total massage time was actually very close to the hour, not like some places I'd been to in the past where they disrobing, and pre-converation was considered part of your hour. I don't go to spas often for massages, but I can say that I can see myself getting gift certificates for other people to this place.

I hired them for my wedding and lets start with the fact that they'll do a trial with you before signing a contract and putting down a deposit; something that's becoming increasingly rare all of a sudden. The trial turned out amazingly!!! I felt like the prettiest version of myself possible! And the best part was, after a couple of minor tweaks, it was even better on the actual day! I hired them to do hair and makeup for me, my mother, and my 4 bridesmaids and every single one of them felt the same way. The stylists were super professional, so sweet, and so careful to make sure we were getting what we wanted and were pleased with the results! Every single one of my girls said how happy they were with how they looked and felt and how good a job these guys did. We all have different facial structures and coloring and hair textures and lengths and they did such an amazing job with everyone. Not to mention how well it all stayed!!! We started hair and makeup at 9AM and the day wasn't over until almost 10:30 PM. Every single one of us looked as fresh at the end of the night as we did when they first finished. And that's despite wind, girls diving under the wedding dress skirt (these things are intense to get into/out of), vigorous dancing, etc. No one had to touch up fly aways, or add in pins later or wipe off sagging eye liner--nothing. (And I at least always have issues with makeup staying on well. Not a single issue this time!) I don't know what they did, or how they did it, but these women are magic. Go to them. Seriously, you will be the absolute 100% opposite of disappointed. Definitely my favorite vendor out of the entire wedding. At some point I'm finding an excuse to go back to them just so I can feel that pretty again.
