Why didn't the salesperson suggest this to me on the phone? Did they give a cuss about making a sale? No! They said they would, and the gentleman on the phone also said that he would refund me the shipping charge back to my account because it was an exchange. This NEVER HAPPENED. There is usually an employee there who can advise you, and can also give you a slip to fill out for tax deductions. Tip - If you do drop off items for donation, they have been giving out coupons you can use in the store too. We were able to get an additional 20% off this way!
