Un-freaking-believable service from the folks at Golden Gate Computing! We had a screening here in San Francisco this evening and 1 hour before the AV team told us that the projector was broken. No warning, no heads up, their suggestion was to cancel. No way! Number 1 rule of show business is THE SHOW MUST GO ON! We are from Texas and we've been planning this for over a month. I was at my venue, only a couple of hours before the doors opened, and my personal laptop crashed on me. I called and they were able to bring me a laptop plus a spare to get me up and running again. My computers arrived at 5:30 to a venue at the corner of Harrison & 1st. Right in the middle of rush hour traffic and we engineered a hand-off mid cross-walk.
