Another incredible experience with Kier and Team Allegra! I've worked with Kier multiple times now,…read moremost recently for a large school auction in March and again for a private party this fall, and he continues to exceed expectations every single time. For our most recent event, the theme was "Beneath the Surface," and the lighting was absolutely spectacular. Kier completely transformed the space and created an immersive atmosphere that brought the entire event to life. I later learned that he and his team had nearly doubled our original lighting order because they wanted to make sure the event was extra special and done right. That says everything about the level of care Kier brings to his work. He is creative, collaborative, reliable, and genuinely invested in making an event incredible. He understands the vision, works beautifully alongside other vendors, and then takes things a step further than you imagined. Our guests were blown away by the transformation. There's a reason I keep coming back to Kier and Team Allegra. Five stars, again!

Jay helped me…read moredecide that the basic AV system package would give me what I needed (2 speakers, 1 amp and 1 microphone that could be used via bluetooth or directly plugged into my laptop. Jay was flexible for my setup as I misread the delivery time, but we were able to sort it out and have the set up done a day early. I probably could have set it up myself, but I didn't want to have one extra thing to do for party setup. Jay let me know a time frame and then called me about an hour before his arrival. Jay was super great and friendly to work with and walked me through the usage of the system. The system was MORE than capable for what we needed, but was so great to have the option to increase the volume, or to only use one speaker as the day went on. Side note, Jay's favorite music is 80's freestyle, so have that ready when he tests the system! Jay came the next day around noon to disassemble the equipment and haul it out. I would definitely recommend Jay and Sound and Video Rentals as well as use them in the future.

Even with the wind howling that day. I would recommend Jay and this company every time! Amber Willett, Simple Elegance Catering
