In the lead-up, communication was clear and structured. Dan from the office and Kieu made sure we understood what they needed, and the process included multiple emails and a productive Zoom call. This is not a low-cost option, but it's also not just a DJ service. They effectively drive the event. Several of the kids told us it was the best bat mitzvah they'd been to, which is probably the most relevant feedback. We met with Bert via zoom to make sure he understood what all of our needs were and with his expertise was able to provide suggestions and tools to make things easier for us. Bert was proactive in doing a site visit on his own and visiting the college to begin to think about his set up, see where he would have access to power, etc. Through out the process he would check in to see if we had any needs and would also ask proactive questions to make sure he knew the ins and outs of our event. When we did a site visit with the College with their staff Bert made sure to learn the ins and outs of their set up to make sure he didn't miss anything. This to me showed his expertise as he would ask questions about things we may have forgotten or overlooked. The day of the event Bert and his team were there early to set up and made sure they were meticulous in how the speaker set up looked and didn't obstruction views/walk ways. The quality of sound was AMAZING! The sound quality was so perfect which I believe is a testament to the quality of his equipment and expertise is dialing in just the right volume for the size of the event.
