We called Genesis Copiers; Charles came the same day and quickly diagnosed the problems and provided us several options. Everything was explained clearly and straightforwardly. We ended up taking his suggestion and bought a used copier, which was returned from a short-lease. A new copier was delivered and installed the very next day. Not only was I impressed with the efficiency, but also with the time Charles spent to explain to our people on how the new copier works, how some of common issues occur, and how they can be avoided. Absolutely supreme service! I would strongly recommend Genesis Copiers if you need a good and dependable service for your copiers.

I was very…read moreclose to placing a DVD order with an online company based in NJ, however, ISO Media offered a MUCH better deal (plus, no shipping fee). ISOMedia was also flexible with allowing me to customize my order with a full-color, 32 page DVD booklet. I visited their factory location in Fremont, CA several times and was quite impressed with their operations. Tam, the graphics designer, printed out test sheets of my CMYK artwork and worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product. No way would I be able to get that level of customer service with an online DVD company! I also worked with Howard (the owner) who was always very prompt with answering my questions. I was very confident in choosing his company after I spoke with him on the phone for the first time. He's very knowledgeable in the business - ask him for a tour of the factory! As an indie filmmaker, I take pride in the products I release. I highly recommend other Bay Area media producers and filmmakers to work with this East Bay company. They have many customers, but they really give you first-rate treatment and they always want to make sure you're happy with the end product. I will definitely be coming back for my second order!

I wish I would have looked at these reviews before my dad told me he had hired them to produce his…read moreCD. As these reviews suggest, there was once a woman who worked there that was apparently great with graphics design. My dad heard from a friend of his about this woman's design work. We would find out later that this woman was no longer with Isomedia. The man you should avoid is named Greg. The project was a disaster! Panels were on the wrong areas, a barcode ended up being placed over a band member's face, and to top it all off, THE CDS DID NOT HAVE AUDIO! Kee was our design artist. When this person sent over proofs, it did not include a barcode but green lines over one of the band member's faces. I, of course, emailed them about my concerns, Kee said the green line was just a template line and the red line was where the paper would be cut-the proof didn't even HAVE a bar code. On January 23rd, I approved the proof after Kee told me the green lines would not affect the final product. On Feb. 3rd, I got notice that the project was done and my dad called me to tell me of the mistakes, including how the cds didn't have audio and the pictures were wrong. Greg would later email and call me to drag the process along. He would tell my dad he would call him back and then wouldn't for days. Once I made changes to the design myself to make room for the barcode in good faith they would be fixing it, Greg called me to inform me that because I changed the project I would be charged again. After I explained it was not a mistake on my part he got his cds back, and we're asking for our money to be returned. This has been very stressful, so our lawyer will be the one to have to sort it out if he doesn't respond in a timely manner. I've included a screenshot of the proof I approved and the product we received. It should have been a simple redo, but either the company is broke (since they clearly don't want to lose more money even though it's clear they were in the wrong), or Greg is running all of the business himself and is drowning. Either way, we will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE and keep everything in writing because you will need it!!!!

Hi all, I would like…read moreto rate this company with A+ rating or whatever highest is possible, as I am totally satisfied with what these guys have been provided me till date. My journey with StoneFly Networks is as follows- In the year 2011, I started a small photo studio, which is now spread across three different locations in United States. Clicking photos has been my childhood passion and so I choose to take this passion to professional front. Initially, I was unaware of data storage appliances and so choose to store all my professional data related to clients on an external hard drive. But as you know, images consume a lot of space and so I started to face space crunch within two weeks of starting my business. Then in my online research I found out that I can go for specific data storage appliances which can quench my storage needs to the fullest and soon started to search for a good vendor which has a good background in this business. After a bit of research, I wanted to go for an IP SAN, as my work has to be shared with three other locations, with who I am in a tie up. I searched for the best company and found StoneFly Networks as a data storage vendor available in my vicinity. I contacted them and right from day one, my experience with these guys has been amazing. They carefully noted down my requirements and suggested few other options in terms of my storage needs in future perspective. Then they suggested me with an appliance from their product catalog, which was highly scalable and redundant enough. When they gave me all the details about the appliance and price quote, I immediately called one of friends who had a bit of knowledge in this field. She asked me to go for the deal as it was economical was foolproof in future prospective. I called these guys and asked them to turn up to my premises the next week. They came, inspected my studio, collected some more information on my data requirements and the next day, they landed up with another appliance. When I enquired, they said that it was an IP SAN which fits into my requirements perfectly and was foolproof in future perspective. The best part is that these guys did not want to sell their solution and move away. They valued my presence and wanted to strengthen the relationship and make it enduring. They set up the entire appliance within no time and gave me all the necessary instructions. Additionally, they told me to relax with regards to my total data storage needs from now on. After a week's time, a customer support member called me up from StoneFly and enquired how things were going at my side. They assured me that they will provide total support in all business days. Whenever, I needed their help, they assisted me on phone and also came to my place once, when I was accidentally meddled with settings. Therefore, I believe that you guys need to try this company for all your data storage needs and no matter what size your business is. These guys support small to big companies and have a good reputation in market. Hope, my review helps all those who are in search of a reputed data storage selling vendor, whom they can rely upon for all their storage needs.

I've been buying DJ and production equipment from World of Stereo for well over 10 years, and I can…read morehonestly say that Musclis has been one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. In an industry where equipment is expensive and there are countless places to buy online, having someone you trust is invaluable. Musclis has always treated me fairly, given me competitive pricing, and most importantly, has been there long after the sale is made. Over the years I've purchased everything from DJ gear to professional sound systems, lighting, and production equipment. Most recently he helped me build out a JBL SRX system, and every time I have a question, need support, or run into an issue, he's always willing to help. That's becoming rare these days. What separates Musclis from most salespeople is that he genuinely cares about his customers and their businesses. He doesn't just try to sell you something. He takes the time to understand your needs, recommends solutions that make sense, and stands behind what he sells. When I've had equipment issues, warranty questions, or needed technical guidance, he's always stepped up and taken care of me. As the owner of JustINtertainment and Blackline Production, I rely heavily on my equipment to perform at weddings, corporate events, festivals, and large-scale productions. Downtime isn't an option. Knowing I can pick up the phone and call Musclis gives me confidence that I'm supported by someone who actually understands the business and wants his clients to succeed. There are plenty of places to buy gear. There are very few people you can build a decade-long business relationship with and trust completely. Musclis is one of those people. If you're looking for someone knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and committed to taking care of customers, I couldn't recommend Musclis and World of Stereo more highly. Five stars all day long.

Jeff helped me out, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and efficient. He made the whole process super quick and stress-free, which was exactly what we needed in that moment. We got back to the venue, set up the speakers, and they worked perfectly since the music was loud, clear, and exactly what the party needed. Honestly, they saved the entire night. Returning the equipment the next day was just as easy. Huge thank you to Jeff and the team for coming through when we needed it most. I highly recommend this place for rentals.
