Single star is only for today's visit. These donuts are always amazing! But today, I decided to have a cinnamon roll. Big mistake! It was soaked in grease, all the way through the dough. Why? Came hear on a whim after doing a quick search for good donuts in the area to satisfy my sweet tooth while we were out. We came around noon on a Friday with no one else there. There weren't a lot of donuts left, but the variety to choose from was still plentiful. Kept it simple and got a glazed twist, glazed buttermilk bar, chocolate cake donut with sprinkles, and donut holes. All were solid donuts, very good taste and texture, not greasy at all. Don't shops are always about the apple fritters for me. Theirs are the best. Lots of apples and cinnamon and not all fluffy bread like so many shops cutting corners. Their other donuts are always good as well. No skimping on the icing. Creullers are made with creuller flour as they should be. Service is friendly. read more

I just want to start out by saying that all of the reviews with 3 or less stars were most definitely NOT based on the current owners of this donut shop! I live super close to this store and I am not a donut eater, but my grandkids are and the people who volunteer at my job are! I bring a dozen in for them a couple of times a month and they are gone really fast. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is clean and cozy and the owners are super friendly and offer great service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They often have to close early because they sell out of donuts. The store has been completely changed from the previous owner's set up and they make sandwiches and keep my favorite energy drink fully stocked. They greet my grandkids by name and always are kind to them and give them stickers. They even remember the name of my grandson who lives in Washington, when he visits. My boss says that their maple bars are the best she has ever had. Lately, they have a strawberry pastry (fresh) with lightly sweetened whipped cream and a little bit of powdered sugar instead of the glaze. I am hooked on these pastries, so please don't come and buy them.........save them for me!!! They are really yummy!! read more

Nice selection of donuts at reasonable prices (even better deal if you get 1/2 dozen). Both persons working there were friendly and helpful.
