I enjoyed the spicy 4 piece strip meal and the rolls. I was disappointed this visit they were out of a lot of things but I do appreciate the worker advising me before I ordered what was out of stock. Instead I received amazing customer service that offered 6piece chicken , regular , with ice in my drink AND NO ZING SAUCE. We love Golden Chick wings!! Our favorite place is 13600 Post Oak. But as good and hot our wings were, it didn't stop me from noticing how courteous, polite and helpful the manager and staff are to every customer coming in. The manager took our order and paid special attention to our needs. I asked for more condiments and a employee jumped to it even though I was asking another person. I always use drive thru but one time I went inside cause the drive thru line was so long and they LITERALLY TOOK 20 MINUTES. I always get the kids meal 2 piece tender every time and you're telling me that takes 10-20 minutes??? Every visit? Last week I went the fries were really crispy, but still edible. The first time I had ever eaten at Golden Chick I knew my world was about to change. For over 20 years one of my favorite foods has been chicken tenders, and I take my chicken tenders SERIOUS! I have never eaten a "fast food" chicken tender better than golden chick and I've been to the biggest and baddest fast food chicken tender places in the city. The chicken is always juicy, the spicy is my favorite, but I prefer to mix my box up with half and half. The tenders are a spicy dry rub over golden juicy tenders with a special zing sauce to dip them in that they make in the restaurant. The mild tenders ooze with flavor at every crunch. The box comes with a sweet roll that comes from heaven, it needs no butter, no dipping sauce, no companion. This particular location is always extra friendly, the guy who works the drive thru window is nicer than the people who work at chic fil a and I bet he'd out nice them any day! Thank goodness I have flour salt and pepper to make it gravy on my stove top. Just sad! I ordered a 9 piece spicy wings special with a roll and I noticed my box hardly weighted . I got the chicken sandwich, and I think it may just be the tenders put inside a bun -- which is fine! The chicken was awesome! So tender. The spicy seasoning they put on was good too, but was only on one part of the sandwich. I got it with bbq sauce, but you can pick other sauces.
