Everytime I come here there is a minimum of a 20 minute wait. I'll use the app or order in store, but I'll end up having to wait. I tried using curbside pickup and waited just as long. I ordered via the app to avoid the long line, was a quick turnaround and I headed home, but which was less than a 5-minute drive. My burger was ICE COLD. I've never experienced this. It felt like the burger had been sitting on a shelf for an hour, but my order to eating time was less than 15 minutes total. The cheese was congealed, meat cold. I don't know how they do it as this place can be stupid busy during lunch, but even during that peak time your food comes out quick, delicious and the few times I've seen an error with a friend's order they quickly fix it, with a shorter wait. (That has happened a total of two times. Once with a hamburger. Once with the wrong milkshake, but nothing to get too worked up about.) This is a very nice Whataburger and I don't mean this as a back-handed compliment by saying "it's nice for the area". Everything here tastes super fresh and their fries are always off the fryer so when I want to treat myself to some junk food, it's tasty. The employees are super friendly too. The only thing I don't like is that their salads are lacking. Last time I had one, the bottom had water and some sandy stuff between the lettuce. That WAS a while ago but I haven't had one since. Once I arrived I went inside to pick up and was ignored for about 10-13 minutes before being helped and I only received my drink not my complete order and while I was waiting they prioritized other people others while they had big groups of people waiting for there orders talked to the staff three times about my order and I just ended up leaving empty handed after an hour and 20 minutes. Giselle blessed us with some of the best customer service after experiencing one of thee worst food experiences ever from Whataburger. She redeemed Whataburger in our eyes. We came late last night and waited for over an hour in the drive-thru line and was given cold fries, carbonated water, and no ketchup when we asked for spicy ketchup. We called to express our displeasure and we were told to come back the following day. I've been here several times since they've opened. The drive thru line is always long. The food is always Hot and fresh. i had only one one time were they messed up my order and I had to go back. I walkwd into the lobby and handed the cashier my burger and said this is not what I ordered. He called the manaager then tossed it in the trash and and said "ok...how do you want it?" I was impressed the last time i went and they put my drinks in a drink holder and put them in a bag. Never had Jack N the *** do that. A little effort goes a long way.
