Absolute WORST restaurant I have ever had the displeasure of eating at! Lets start off with the staff, they are absolutely hateful individuals towards white people. I do not give a rats ass who you are, or what your background is, be kind to each-other! The older woman was especially rude and was giving me side-eyes and being snappy from the moment I walked in! The KFC restaurant on 2210 Texas Parkway in Missouri City,Tx is one of the worst stores I've ever gone to. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3 piece combo. The cashier asked me what kind of side order and drink. I gave her my response. I pulled up to the window and came face to face with the rudest lady ever. Her name is Velyncia. She never spoke, smiled, or anything. She gave me my order and I asked if she charged me for the drink, since she didn't give me one. She told me no, which is weird because I told her the flavor that I wanted when she asked. Needles to say, when I got home, I found a 4 piece in my box, and she did charge me for the drink. I live too far to drive back for a drink; I actually stopped there on my way home from work. Never again! That lady Velyncia needs to take a few classes in customer service, because she doesn't have any! read more

We ordered doordash from this KFC tonight. My husband got one of those fill up boxes with a drumstick and a thigh and I swear, from the size, they could have come from wingstop. What is this BS? Do they only serve the tiny stuff to to-go order? Also, the fill up box said it came with mashed potatoes but for some reason it was potato wedges instead. I won't be ordering from here again. Don't visit this KFC location if you can help it. It definitely is worth the extra time that it takes to visit another location. The staff are extremely unprofessional and need to all be replaced ASAP, including the managers. I brought my incorrect order back to the restaurant last night as I had ordered a sandwich without the fixings (mayo & pickles). I wanted it dry. When I entered the restaurant with my problem sandwich, the cashier immediately asks me if I had gone through the drive-thru. I responded yes. She says that if I had come inside to the counter my order would be correct because the drive-thru always makes mistakes. I proceed to get my new sandwich and had it replaced with one that was much worse. The chicken was so hard, old and overcooked that I couldn't eat it. You would think that given the opportunity to redo the order that they would make an honorable attempt to provide better service. After returning the second sandwich, I was offered the manager who I told that I was done with sandwiches and wanted to order chicken instead. He walks back to the counter with the opened box of chicken to ask me if the chicken was okay. It was so unprofessional and uncouth that I was just shocked. He was handling my food with one glove and a bare dirty hand which I pointed out was unsanitary. I just took the food and left because it could only go down from here. This place has always proved to be problematic and has some of the worst customer service in the neighborhood. Please corporate fix this mess of a restaurant. Surprisingly everything was correct when my order was finally brought out. Everything seemed fine except for the food poisoning that followed shortly after. The cook fried 8 pieces saying it was nine pieces. Most of all, the manager did not do anything she was just moving around as lackadaisical as they were. I visited KFC on Texas parkway just horrible service! First I got home and had fried chicken instead of grill chicken how can you confused the two smh! Called back to get it corrected and it took 3 calls before anyone answered just to say do you have the receipt ...I just said I have the whole order that is my receipt ....I was put on hold for 5 min then was told my whole order by now you pissing me off . I returned the order to the window only to have the cashier take the food out the box and put it back on the warmer rack and give me fresh chicken and the cold bread and side order in the same box I returned it in. When I asked the cashier to replace the whole order I thought I shoot her her attitude was horrible she started throwing the tongs and throwing the food in the box. I then had to go through the drive thru AGAIN being I wasn't properly dressed to go inside(wait an additional fifteen minutes)I let the staff know that and asked for them to send out a manager bcuz I refuse to wait any longer. Alfred proceeds to come out and tell me my meal would be comped and my money refunded. Five minutes pass and out comes sloppy Antwone. Sloppy Antwone issues no apology and proceeds to tell me there's an additional hold on the food, I explain to him I'm no longer willing to wait and would like my refund already, instead of comping my meal like I was previously told it would be, sloppy Antwone proceeds to tell me I needed to give the food back. At that point I explained to him that after waiting an hr the least they could do is comp me for the inconvenience of mixing up my order and having to wait nearly an hr. Of course sloppy Antwone doesn't get what proper business practices are, he proceeds to argue with me for at least ten minutes. Irritated, I give the food back and I'm then refunded my money.
