There was no greeting at the window, and when I requested an extra honey mustard for my 5-count chicken tenders (since only one is typically provided), I was told there would be an additional charge. I didn't mind paying because I wanted enough sauce for my meal, but the tone felt a bit irritated. After placing my order, I pulled forward to wait. A different employee brought my food and was very pleasant and courteous, which I appreciated. However, when I checked my order, the extra sauce I paid for was not included. I had to go back through the line to address it. The original employee did provide the missing sauce at that point, and her demeanor was more positive during that interaction. The main issue came at the end of my meal, when I found a hair in the bottom of my fry basket. That completely ruined my experience. Overall, I've had better visits in the past, but based on this experience, I'm hesitant about returning.

I can't say I've ever heard of Cabo Bob's, but it feels like Chipotle with more options and variety. The option for different flavored tortillas is a nice touch. They also have different types of sauces out of squeeze bottles when you dine in which adds to the already flavorful food, if you want to go the flavor town route. Price is comparable to its competitors. Another plus is the fountain drinks they offer are not your typical Coco Cola vs. Pepsi. They use drinks from the Baja Bottling Co, which uses cane sugar.
