If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I went and ordered our food in the drive through. We paid and they told us at the second window that it was a 3 minute wait because they were waiting on the fries. They give us our drinks and Dr Pepper and a sprite and then we go to pull into spot 3. We pull into spot 3 and wait 15 for our food to be brought out. While waiting I realize my drink is not a Dr Pepper it's a coke so when they finally bring our food my husband tells them that something is off with my drink and that it's supposed to be a Dr Pepper can they please replace it. The guy tells us "nah it's a Dr Pepper." We're like no it's not he goes "yes it is, it's dark bro it's a Dr Pepper hold it up to the light you'll see" my husband holds it up to the light and the guy goes "oh my bad yeah that's a coke I'll get a new one" so he takes it and goes inside. Another 10 min we wait. While waiting we try our fries which are ice cold. Which doesn't make sense because the reason they said we needed to wait in the first place was because they were dropping fresh fries. After 10 min I get frustrated and go inside to get my drink. Inside is a mess people complaining about their waits and arguing with the staff over waiting for their food. I tell a woman at the front I'm waiting for a replacement Dr Pepper and she goes to get my one. When she hands it back, she drops my straw on the ground. I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant and cannot reach my feet and she does not help me or apologize. Just walks away after wards. We will never return back to this location. Y'all are rude, have poor service, and long wait times! And when we left my husband realized he had paid extra for cheese and Mac sauce on his sandwich and they did not put cheese and Mac sauce on his sandwich! Never had any problems with my order and I order big, 6 sandwiches and 3 fries sometimes. I don't go here often but when I finish with my meal I would feel instant regret and when I workout I'll sweat and it will smell like Big Mac. That does not mean I will not shove a hot and spicey deep down my throat that I'll gag, but thank god they serve drinks with that. read more

First off, it's McDonald's. I keep my expectations fairly low. The merging dual drive thru lines occasionally cause some confusion. Some of the staff is friendly and some probably need to find other employment. Or some coffee. Or some happy pills. My burger was disgusting! Patty was so hard and dry I could barely swallow it. Cooked when you order?? Ha! I have a feeling that patty sat for a long time before making it to a bun. As another person (Jay C) pointed out, I'm am sitting in the drive through currently. It is 6:12AM. I checked the business hours posted on the door before driving into the drive through: 6:00am-9:00pm. The signs are lit, the inside is lit, and there are employees inside. No one has said a word to me either through the drive through speaker or in person. There are now 3 other cars (6:14AM) waiting. Still nothing. Since this is the closest McDonalds to our house we have been here a few times. Getting your order correct at this location is much like gambling on roulette wheels in Vegas. 6:15AM-the two other drivers have given up and driven away. An HISD school bus has parked in the lot. 6:19AM-I have shifted to park and shut off my engine. Someone in there is going to make a McGriddle, come hell or high water. The HISD bus has departed. I will persist. 6:21AM-playing some Candy Crush and watching the pictures on the order monitor flash by-egg mcmuffin, deluxe breakfast platter... potential customer #5 so far has pulled in behind me. I'm just now noticing the blue, "We Cook With Real Dairy" sign. 6:23AM-10 minutes have passed. Nothing. 6:27AM-potential customer #5 has given up and driven away. Two other customers tried to go inside and have also left. #8 has pulled up behind me. 6:30AM-This location, according to its own signage, SHOULD now have been open for half an hour. Used up all my lives on Candy Crush. 6:33AM-I have been parked at the order screen for 20 minutes now. 6:36-Finally someone speaks! I've placed an order! I asked the drive through employee what time this location opened. "We usually open at 6, but something was wrong with the system and it wouldn't let us open." I asked why they might not have mentioned that to me at 6:12AM. "I'm sorry sir. We couldn't do anything about it." Yes, you could have posted a sign and/or said something through the speaker. The highlight of my visit was the roach crawling up the wall behind my order taker. I told her and she acted unsurprised. She did not notify any member of management or take steps to deal with the vermin. A/c vents were dripping water onto the floor. About half of the ceiling tiles had water damage. Should have read the reviews before coming but how bad could it be with drive through? Just waited at least 20 min for my food and ordering it didn't take that long given they had two ordering stations which then merge back into a pay and pickup. There attempt to speed the process up doesn't make a difference if the food takes forever to make and serve. I don't normally review unless it's something worth reviewing.....buyer beware, the reviews are accurate with poor slow service. read more

This site sucks so bad. The food is poorly put together. Every other order I have ever made at the drive-through has been incorrect. The staff is extremely short with you when you nicely let them know your order is incorrect. "You did it wrong, not me!!! And it's on the screen correctly", but you have to keep your mouth shut because their preparing your food. The staff was extremely short and rude at the drive-thru, inside, and just in general. The manager yells at customers as if we're not paying for the service in the first place. Everyone there is so unpleasant. Your food is thrown out the window at you. There is no reason why this McDonald's site is still even open. I rather drive all the way to 610 and Buffalo Speedway twenty minutes away versus driving two minutes away from the house. Super slow service!! I had 2 cars in front of me at 8:15 pm on a Thursday and it took 25 minutes to get a burger, fries, drink and 2 cookies. They were out of the Sweet BBQ bacon burger too which I originally ordered. When I pulled up to the window they didn't even have my order and asked me if they even took my order.
