There was a lady taking my order, in which I ordered a 3 piece dark with Fries. I told her that I wanted fresh Chicken and she assured me that she had just cooked it. I had to go pay at the register in the store. I waited on my order for a bit and then it was ready. I got home and the chicken was still hot. Later, the staff brought out bowls and spoons, so I asked our server how much longer the wait would be until our food will be serve. She responded, "About 10 minutes," but did not provide any explanation for the delay. After I asked about our order, I noticed the staff member relayed my question to another employee. However, I was given two small leg quarters and an extra piece of white meat--which I didn't ask for--all of which were extremely dry. The portion size has noticeably decreased as well. I was also very concerned to see them using spray cleaner near the food, which poses a risk of chemical contamination. On top of that, the Tequeños were extremely dark and tasted like they had been refried, nearly burnt. Adding to the poor experience, one of the girls behind the counter was playing around and massaging her coworkers while customers were being served. That level of unprofessional behavior is not something anyone wants to see while waiting for their food. I've always liked this place for its fresh rotisserie chicken, but it feels like DoDo's has started cutting corners on both food quality and cleanliness.
