Their menu consists of apps (mostly fried), soups and salads, lobster dishes, steaks, vietnamese seafood dishes, shellfish entrees (clams, scallops, etc), an oyster section, stir fry dishes, rice creations, and fried seafood dishes. They serve beer and wine but have some Asian wine-based cocktails. This is truly a fusion restaurant since they have Vietnamese, American, Chinese, Thai, and Peruvian influences on their menu. They have boiled seafood, of course, including crawfish during the season. On every table is also a $12.95 lunch menu with soups, sandwiches and seafood dishes. This may be one of the better deals out there. We tried a few dishes: drunken lobster, surf and turf, crab fried rice, drunken tofu, and shrimp with salted egg. Two additional people in our group came a little later and actually ordered the lunch special (pork chop plate) and chicken wings. Their napkins are a little strange as they're tri-fold style like you would normally see in a restroom. The dishes were pretty good, but I ended up eating mostly noodles since their garlic noodles are pretty addicting. The sirloin that came on the steak dish was supposedly a little tough but that is typical of a basic sirloin steak. I didn't actually get to sample it since other people grabbed it before I could. They only had L and XL size lobster the day we came...so they said their prices were around $90 and $108...I think we selected the $90 size. The drunken lobster dish can be shared between 2 people as it's a big platter but just 1 cut up lobster. The garlic noodles beneath the lobster pieces on the drunken lobster are way better than the noodles beneath the shrimp and steak on the surf and turf since they are stir-fried with lots of onions, jalapeños and what seemed to be small ground pork/beef chunks.

First time here for the lunch specials and Friday night dinner with the live band…read more The lunch specials were absolutely fantastic deals--great value and very enjoyable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about dinner. We really enjoyed the beautiful voices and live music, but the volume was simply too loud for the size of the space, making it difficult to have a conversation. The dinner prices were on the higher side, but not unreasonable. However, the portions were relatively small and, in my opinion, didn't quite justify the price. As an example, $18 for 3 shrimps that were not even fresh.. Overall, we enjoyed the atmosphere and entertainment. With a little adjustment to the music volume and more generous dinner portions and food quality, this could be an even better dining experience. Most importantly, I'd focusing more on the objective of creating customers and keep them...

Order Style Dim Sum…read more Overall, the dishes were pretty solid. Steamed rice noodles with shrimp was a nice thickness, not too thin where it couldn't support the weight of the shrimp. Steamed shrimp dumpling has a decent amount of shrimp. Xiu Mai was good too. Got the pan fried pot stickers, those were fine. Wouldn't care to reorder. We wanted to try the Baked bbq pork buns but there were sold out.

Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 4/5 Overall: 4.2/5 I will forever hold dim sum true to my heart, and Crown Seafood does a pretty good job at it. However, I do believe that, with so much big competition in this area, some of their dishes can be better. 1. Ha Kao - Pretty nice and plump dumplings with a good wrapper to filling ratio, though the wrapper kept falling apart on us and sticking to the container and didn't complement the shrimp on the inside. 2. Siu Mai - I'm so mad I didn't enjoy this, despite it being one of my favorite things to get at dim sum. The ones we got were just really meaty with none of the other flavors coming through. 3. Shrimp Rice Rolls - I adore these, and Crown thankfully makes it really good. Perfectly bouncy, and unlike the Ha Kao, the texture of this is right for the inside to complement it. I do wish their sauce was a little more complex, though. 4. Fried Shrimp Balls - This is one of the dishes that seems to be pretty uniform across all the restaurants. You're either going to like it or not. I enjoyed it though. 5. Soup Dumplings - Yummy, light broth and not overly medicinal. The wrapper texture was a little inconsistent from bite to bite overall. 6. Egg Tart - I usually don't really like this, but this one was made well. Nice crumbly texture and a very light eggy taste in the filling. Other than that, there were no major flaws in either the service nor the albeit bare interior and exterior of the building. Overall a really good experience that holds up well compared to the other dim sum places in the area.

Michael, the owner, greeted us and took care of us! We started with the Jumbo Crab Fingers which were really good - I'm honestly not huge on seafood, so I enjoyed these a lot more than I thought I would. Ironically, I'm not big on oysters either, so I ordered the Jumbo Golden Fried Shrimp which hit the spot real good. Large shrimp, well fried, flavored, and the tartar sauce was addicting. The fries that came with it were perfectly seasoned, carrying a bit more of a cajun flavor rather than just regularly salted. My parents definitely enjoy oysters, so they ordered the Charbroiled Oysters and really enjoyed it, as well as the Uni Oyster with Quail Egg. They also got the Cowboy Lobster Shrimp Roll that was gone before I even took a second look their way. We finished the meal with a yummy, dense basque cheesecake! Every customer that came in during our time there was personally greeted by Michael, and it seemed like they were all repeat customers. It was really cool to see that kind of connection, and it really showed how much Michael cares about his customers, and how much we like his food! Indoor seating is a bit limited - all bar stool seating. I rarely comment on the music that a restaurant plays, but I quite liked it! Made me feel like I was on the bay enjoying some fresh seafood at sunset. Heard they'll be opening up their newest location at POST soon!

When I arrived there was nobody dining in the restaurant, that was a bit worrying, but I figured it was a bit early for the dinner crowd and late for the lunch crowd. Food & Drink - 4.5* First up was the noodles, I enjoyed them, but I wouldn't say the hype I'd heard about from some others was there. They had nice flavor, but there just wasn't anything "special." 3.5* Then it was on to the crawfish, and my oh my. Superb, the flavor is delicious and unique. This more than made up for the noodles dish. The potato and corn was good too. Service - 5* Solid. When I first arrived the owner was quietly reading a newspaper and eating his own lunch. He paused to greet me and advised that I could sit anywhere. He provided water and adequate time to determine what I wanted to order. The food came out quickly and he checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. As time went by, the crowd of folks showing up increased quite a bit and he still managed to check in on tables consistently. Pricing - 4* This is where it was odd. Always subjective but I found the noodles to be overpriced for not only the size but what I felt was a pretty simple dish. The crawfish on the other hand was priced very competitively and made up for the overpriced noodles. I provided pics of the menu for someone to make their own assessment but in general I thought many of the dishes were pricier than they probably should be. I know inflation is certainly killing many businesses and consumers but even these felt a bit off. Overall - 4.5* This is definitely going to be one of my go tos for crawfish when in the area. The flavor is fantastic, the pricing is good, the size of them were solid. There are a couple of other dishes I may try on the next visit. The restaurant is clean, the owner is very nice, and it's a nice low key space to just enjoy a good meal with friends or family.

Came here with family to celebrate Father's Day so we splurged on the Tamarind Dungeness Crab (MP was $38 at the time in Jun 2026) and it was the most memorable dish I've had in a long time. The coating on the crab is super light and was fried perfectly so that the juices were all sealed inside. Since it was fresh, the crab meat is super sweet and soft. The tamarind sauce is also SO addicting that I ate 2 bowls of rice with it. One crab was enough to feed 3 of us. Another must order dish is their snow pea leaves. I don't know why but it tastes 10x better than when I make it at home myself. Skip the chef's special chicken - the sauce doesn't contain the green onions, only the ginger, making it not as fragrant and missing the mark on this iconic HK dish.
