My parents definitely enjoy oysters, so they ordered the Charbroiled Oysters and really enjoyed it, as well as the Uni Oyster with Quail Egg. They also got the Cowboy Lobster Shrimp Roll that was gone before I even took a second look their way. We finished the meal with a yummy, dense basque cheesecake! Every customer that came in during our time there was personally greeted by Michael, and it seemed like they were all repeat customers. It was really cool to see that kind of connection, and it really showed how much Michael cares about his customers, and how much we like his food! I believe the crawfish is seasonal, so go during crawfish season because this pho was delicious. The crawfish were so tender and the pho was so flavorful. The beef dish was also so good to eat and balanced. The fried beef balanced so well with the fresh salad and rice. I will say that when we went the parking lot was a little deserted at night. I would definitely lock your doors and take all your valuables. But that's all or Houston, so just stay safe!
