After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, I requested to speak with a manager. The manager who came out dismissed my concerns and simply told me to pull forward so she could check me in. There was no apology, no effort to address what happened, and no indication that customer experience was a priority. The only positive part of this visit was a young man named Arizona. He was polite, professional, and provided helpful information on how to formally submit feedback regarding my experience. His service reflected what I normally expect from Chick-fil-A, which made the lack of leadership response even more disappointing.
