They are used appliances but they are all cleaned up, tested, and repaired if necessary and John R warrants them for 90 days. They also can arrange for delivery and can take away any previous appliance that is being replaced. In our experience the things we have bought have worked well and, since tenants can be hard on appliances, we don't feel the need to get new ones when used seems to be a better value. They have lower end to premium brands and the prices are in line with what you select, but not all that different. The guys there may look a little rough but they do know what they're doing and deliver good value, and they don't bite...at least so far.

Terry showed me that one plus another option for the same price and made some helpful suggestions that made the decision very easy. The whole transaction took 15 minutes. Their delivery fee was very reasonable which included removal of the old machine putting in the new one, hooking it up and running it to make sure it worked. There's a 6 month warranty, if anything should happen they will come and fix it and if it's not fixable, they will replace it. They set up a very convenient delivery time for us. The unit started making loud noises after a few hours and he told me it wasn't his problem anymore and call the manufacturer if I have any issues. He also promised money for the old unit that was never collected - I'm yet to see that money. He refuses to answer calls, but will send you texts that are threatening and inappropriate on your personal cell. If you're looking to spend a lot of money on a high-end appliance with the absolute worst aftercare, AbC Warehouse in Southfield is your place & make sure to ask for Fadi if you want to be ripped off.
