    Terrible experience with Noble Appliance. I ordered a $3,000 appliance, paid via Zelle, and clearly specified my Texas delivery address. They admitted in writing they shipped it to California by mistake. I have texts, screenshots, and videos proving their error-I'll attach a screenshot of their admission text to this review. Management hung up on me and refused a refund, even though I had to buy a replacement elsewhere. I'm now gathering evidence for small claims court due to their unprofessional behavior. Avoid this company at all costs!

    Noble Appliance Rocks. We're full-time RVers and wanted to replace our 2006 GE 33" wide, 23cu ft fridge with an exact descendant with the same dimensions but none were available locally in Alabama. We found one Noble Appliance had listed online but were a bit concerned about shipping costs and timing. Patrick W. got right back to us and he was very friendly and helpful. So much so that we felt absolutely confident in buying the refrigerator online and over the phone without physically seeing it. True to his word, the fridge was superbly packaged, the condition was exactly as described, and the cost of the fridge plus freight was better than the local pricing. It even went in early. Thank you so much Noble Appliance, Patrick, and the entire team for the great sales and super helpful service! Pictures: RV refrigerator removal and installation is a bit complex - usually through the windshield or a removed window.

They gave us a date and 2 hour window for their repair guy to come by, and he called us when he was 30 minutes away. The part needed to be ordered so he gave us the exact amount to get it installed. We only paid for his time and 2 weeks later the stove was fixed. Prompt, accurate and honest, does it get any better?

He was very nice and respectful when he finally showed up. However, the service was never rendered. It was fine because he said he that he would reach out to someone the could provide the service that was needed (and this didn't materialized either because I never heard from this so-called different repairman.) I can't fault "Americare Appliance Reair" for that (I don't think?) What I can fault is him for allowing me to pay him to simply reverse my dryer door (while he was already at my place.) A task that seemed quite simple to do, it although also seemed to stumped is personal abilities. After awhile he said that he needed to get a different bracket from his shop and that he would be by my place early in the morning to finish the job. He answered one phone call from me in the morning but never showed up to finish reversing the door (while he left all of the parts scattered about.) He would not answer or returned any more calls (not even before I submitted the review.) I sent several (friendly) courteous messages (during this time) but to no avail. I waited numerous weeks before submitting my review of this small business owner (to give him the "benefit of the doubt" to make himself whole.) I finally realized the he didn't know what he was doing when I googled my dryer's model number (and watched the video on YouTube. Everything that he needed to do for the job was actually provided on the dryer. He didn't need to get a different bracket at all. He just didn't he know what he was doing for all intents and purposes. I watched the video and troubleshooted the rest for myself. He really should feel bad and should mail my money back to me? I sure he that understands that is was wrong and that you all dailed into these reviews... good luck to you all.

    My father in law suggested ABC warehouse after our oven died the Friday before Thanksgiving. We had…read morealready been to Home Depot and Lowes, and neither of them could delivery a oven before Thanksgiving, which would not work, because I was hosting and needed to make a turkey. We went to ABC Warehouse and found an oven that we liked, and were a little concerned about getting it delivered before Thanksgiving, the woman helping us was great, and was doing all she could to set up delivery before the holiday. We ended up paying about $600 for the oven, it has an air fryer built in and you can heat the oven from an app on your phone, which is super cool. Being there on a Saturday night they said they should be able to have our oven delivered by Monday, and if not the one we ordered, we had a back up oven picked out that would be for sure delivered by Monday if the first one wasn't going to make it. Sure enough they called us Monday to let us know when the oven would be delivered, (the one we wanted) they got to our house, set everything up, took out the old oven and were in and out in about 20 minutes. We did pay the $140 for the 5 year warranty. They said if they couldn't fix an issue that comes up, they will replace the entire oven. We've had the oven about 2 months now and we couldn't be happier with it!

    This is one of the worse parking lots for any contractor. You can't get a close enough parking spot…read moreanywhere near the front. They keep so much equipment and trailers here I end up parking in the middle, all the way out in the end of the parking lot or in the garden area. But I needed a garbage disposal, and the store is at a convenient location, so I went in and got excellent service from a man in the plumbing department, who took a lot of time to compare two different versions of the same brand garbage disposal and go over the pros and cons of each of them with me, allowing me to make the best decision. He was amazing. Unfortunately, when my plumber opened the box to install the unit the next day, he discovered that a part was missing, so I had to take it back to Home Depot to exchange it. Again, a very helpful man in the plumbing department assisted me, opening the box this time to ensure that all the parts were there before I exchanged it. Both times, the woman in Customer Service called for someone to meet me in the plumbing department, and they came right away. I was pleasantly surprised. The only thing that could have made my experience better would have been receiving a small discount for my inconvenience of having to return the garbage disposal that was missing a part. It really was an inconvenience, as my plumber was waiting and it was very heavy and hard for me to return. The Customer Service woman said I couldn't have a discount because I was exchanging the item. She said that if I was purchasing it, I could have a discount. That made no sense at all. At any rate, the service at the store seems to have improved a lot.
