He charged for delivery that was over two hours late from their three hour delivery window & thereafter refused to refund it after the delivery was three hours late AND the old unit/garbage was left in my lawn. He then tells you it's your problem to clean up the debris, huge boxes and old unit to dispose of AFTER he promised it was part of the delivery fee. The unit started making loud noises after a few hours and he told me it wasn't his problem anymore and call the manufacturer if I have any issues. He also promised money for the old unit that was never collected - I'm yet to see that money. He refuses to answer calls, but will send you texts that are threatening and inappropriate on your personal cell. If you're looking to spend a lot of money on a high-end appliance with the absolute worst aftercare, AbC Warehouse in Southfield is your place & make sure to ask for Fadi if you want to be ripped off.
