He charged for delivery that was over two hours late from their three hour delivery window & thereafter refused to refund it after the delivery was three hours late AND the old unit/garbage was left in my lawn. He then tells you it's your problem to clean up the debris, huge boxes and old unit to dispose of AFTER he promised it was part of the delivery fee. The unit started making loud noises after a few hours and he told me it wasn't his problem anymore and call the manufacturer if I have any issues. He also promised money for the old unit that was never collected - I'm yet to see that money. He refuses to answer calls, but will send you texts that are threatening and inappropriate on your personal cell. If you're looking to spend a lot of money on a high-end appliance with the absolute worst aftercare, AbC Warehouse in Southfield is your place & make sure to ask for Fadi if you want to be ripped off.

1-Star Review -- Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more This was one of the worst furniture-buying experiences I've ever had. I received the wrong sectional, the wrong rug, and a full-size bed instead of the queen-size bed I ordered. Several other items were also missing from my delivery. Communication was poor throughout the process. I spoke with both owners and was given assurances that the issues would be resolved, but those promises were not followed through. The delivery service was also extremely unreliable. One delivery scheduled for 4:00-7:00 PM did not arrive until 8:30 PM, and the crew did not leave until midnight. A second delivery scheduled for 11:30 AM-2:30 PM was delayed again, forcing me to rearrange my schedule repeatedly. Because of these delays and poor communication, I ended up missing my baby shower, an important event I can never get back. Mistakes happen, but the combination of incorrect and missing items, repeated delays, and broken promises made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend Fifth Ave Furniture Store. Also note I wrote this review earlier and this company erased this review. I also have it on recording him being upset about the review I wrote. as well as making threats towards me and with holding my money for product I already paid for.
