The machine continued to have the same problems immediately after he left. I called back within an hour to report it was still not working properly. After several follow-up messages, he texted that he would schedule a return visit for either Friday or Monday. I never received any confirmation, follow-up call, or appointment details despite reaching out again. Unfortunately, the service was incomplete, the follow-up was poor, and the issue remains unresolved. I would not recommend this technician or service to anyone and will not use them again.

No that wasn't it. The wires behind the top of the stove were chewed by something. Those wires control the oven. Your tech told me my oven and stove had separate gas lines.....that is not correct either and my igniter wasn't bad, so I paid 250 for nothing? My reviews on social media will not be good.

The vent was do filled with dust I couldn't see beyond it. I took it off and cleaned within 5 minutes. His explanation was he cleaned everything beyond that point. How could a repairman put a dirty vent back on without telling me it without vacuuming? For this reason I won't call for service again. I hate to think of the fridge overworking because of clogged dust buildup on vent. I never would have noticed had it not been for the rattle. Even though he corrected the problem, I still can't visualize a professional replacing a dirty vent that could have caused a future problem. I would hesitate workmanship on other appliances. JMO

Anyways, everything is pretty dope, not a lot of selections to choose from, but still is a good bargain price. Didn't really find anything we fancied so we dipped. Why the one star? It's because the employees seem to not care about their patrons. We walked in and none of them even seemed to fix their masks in front of their customers. Not a care in the world, that's referring to every one I saw working the floor that day. All of them with their face masks under their chinni-chin-chin. Just exercising their "FREEDOM" to possibly infect my enclosed space with their lung droplets. This is disgusting,, I never want to get the Corona virus again.
